Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, Parks Edge is a charming community 10 minutes from Old Town Park City (Main Street) and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1600 square feet, it sleeps 8-10 people perfectly.
This NEW, beautifully decorated Tri-level Townhome is perfectly designed for small groups and families. Exceptional care and consideration has been taken in the décor and lighting throughout the home. On the main level, a gorgeous living room with a 55” HD Smart TV awaits you. There’s plenty of seating, a ceiling fan, a gas fireplace, and access to a balcony with seating and a Gas BBQ Grill.
The Dining Area has a dining table plus island with combined Seating for Eight. It’s located right next to the Deluxe Kitchen. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you’ll need for a meal at home are featured there. There are dishes, glassware, silverware, baking pans, pots, frying pans, a blender, coffee maker, rice cooker and hot water boiler available for your use.
The main level also has a bedroom with Full over Full Bunk w/Twin Trundle. There’s a full bathroom right outside the bedroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find the beautiful Master Suite. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, and En Suite bathroom with a separate Soaking Tub and shower.
Just across from the master bedroom is an office with a Twin Sofa Bed, writing desk and Printer.
Downstairs, on the first floor, you will find another Master Suite with Queen-sized bed and En Suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There’s a full-size HE Washer and Dryer located on the 1st floor. No need to worry about wet clothes!
The entire home has Central Air-conditioning for the warmer summer months, heat for the winter and FREE Wifi. There are also Board Games and Cards.
Linens and towels are provided as well as blankets and pillows.
The Garage has room for two small to mid-size vehicles and there’s also first come, first served neighborhood parking for any extra cars. NO Recreational Vehicle, Boat, Trailer, or Oversized Vehicle Parking.
Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.
Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.

We enjoyed our stay. I didn’t realize it was three floors though. The light over the stove didn’t work and the doors were creaky but everything else was great!

We loved the location and the amenities of this property. Our only complaint is the lack of bedding. We needed every bed for our party of 11 but couldn’t find sheets/blankets/pillowcases for the pullout beds.

This property is perfectly located for a quick drive to Park City, the ski areas, and other winter activities. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and well equipped. We enjoyed using the “like new” kitchen for breakfast each day. We would reserve it again without hesitation.

Came for a girls trip- so much fun! could never find the hot tub... seems that the amenities are a drive away so keep that in mind. Was also reallllyy hard to get ubers from here but the place itsself was awesome! A rental car would have solved our problems :)

Making reservations went very smoothly. The house is very accommodating for a family group of ten. Easy drive to Park City Mountain or Deer Valley. We had a great experience with a shuttle from Park City Lifts and Runs. Uber rides from house to Park City Mountain or to SLC airport are also readily available and are reasonably priced. Only had minor problems: big tv did not work and we could not find a dustpan,

The apartment was nice for 8 people but it would have been a stretch for 12 as advertised (unless you have kids). Downstairs was very cold and upstairs very warm so the heat was not evenly distributed.
Utilities were fine at the exception of a few things not working 100% such as the gas and the dishwasher.
Overall I would go back there and I would give it a 5 if those above mentioned elements were fixed.

Thank you for staying with us. Inherently, as heat rises, the lower level of homes are always a bit colder than the upper levels. Adjusting the air vents is helpful. We're glad that, overall, you enjoyed the home and had a wonderful stay in the Park City area.
This property was excellent for our family and friends. We stayed for 3 nights and slept 11 comfortably and it was nice to have ample bedding and towels. The seating for dining space was really more like seating for 8, but we made it work just fine. The BBQ was helpful and we utilized the clubhouse, pool and spa. It was lovely to take walks around the property and even catch an adjoining trail up the hillside for a great view. Check in and out was easy. Would stay here again. (We did buy salt and pepper and left it behind for the next folks. ;-)

Great location just 10-13 minutes away from Main Street in Park City. The house was beautiful and fully equipped with appliances like a toaster, coffee machine, hot water heater, etc.
There was a BBQ pit on the porch, which I wished we used! Lovely location, easy to work with company. I'd definitely stay here again!
