Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
◆ Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
◆ Please set thermostat to 74 degrees in the summer and 68 in the winter (we love the environment and try to conserve energy when we don't have guests :))
◆ Please make sure all trash and recycling are in the proper bins. Also - please ensure backyard looks as if it did when you arrived
◆ When leaving, turn off all lights and make sure to lock up.
◆ Please DO NOT strip the bed sheets - leave all the bedding as is.
◆ Please do not leave any wet towels on the floor (hang them up if possible - hanging them in the backyard is an option)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
