Nestled in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes, which offers a peaceful outdoor space, spacious living space. Near George Fazio Golf Course and an 8 minute walk to Beach.
This one-story rancher home is the perfect fit for your next family vacation. The living room boasts plenty of comfy seating for your family, fireplace and large TV. The dining room leads to the large back deck with additional seating for your whole family to enjoy wildlife and is the perfect place to barbeque.

The kitchen ample cabinet space, new fridge, granite countertops with plenty of work space. The home features three bedrooms, including the master suite. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, thoughtfully curated decor, and an ensuite bathroom. The room comes complete with its own access to the large back deck.

The guest bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom two features a king size bed and bedroom three has a queen/twin bunk as well as a twin over twin bunk bed, perfect for the entire family.
