Important Notes:

Parking: Driveway accommodates up to 3 cars; no street or grass parking allowed. 2 Palmetto Dunes parking passes are included with your stay. If you need an additional pass for a 3rd vehicle, please request through host before your day of arrival. There is a fee for the additional pass.



Policies:

No smoking or parties.

No motorcycles, trailers, RVs, or sprinter vans permitted.

Starter amenities are provided but will not be replenished during your stay.

All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee.



Guest Access:

Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes are included in your rental rate. If you need an additional pass for your vehicles, you will need to pay $45.00 per pass and request all passes through host. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Palmetto Dunes.



The Neighborhood:

Minimum age required is 25. No Smoking.

Our pet-friendly home has a few house rules regarding pets: No pets on furniture, please clean up after your dog, and dogs must be on leash while on property. Sweep up pet hair before departure.

Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the house or move it from one room or floor to another. Your parking pass must be displayed in your windshield at all times. 2 passes are included with your reservation.



Getting Around:

Home located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes Resort. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. Palmetto Dunes has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally.



Other Things to Note:

Palmetto Dunes Resort does not permit RV's, Shuttles, or trailers. No logo or commercial signage vehicles permitted overnight unless parked in a garage.



Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
