It offers a splendid view of the Space Needle and walking distance to Seattle Center, Parks, Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, UW Medicine, local restaurants, grocery stores, and South Lake Union. A rooftop provides a place to relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the city and Space Needle. Catch the New Year’s Fireworks display and see the Blue Angels fly by during Seafair Weekend Air Shows from the rooftop. This townhouse has an assigned parking space, a gated back area garden, heating/AC (mini-splits) in all the bedrooms and each floor to ensure a cool summer and a warm winter and is close to bus routes. The loft has a large window with great views of the city and provides a great place for a home office. Just 3 miles from T-Mobile Park and Lumen Field-perfect for concerts, Mariners & Seahawks games.

This was a great property right next to the Seattle Center. Grocery close by. The unit has lot of stairs, but we didn’t mind, because the view from the rooftop was awesome. The host was responsive.

This place was absolutely perfect!! The roof top with electric fire pit was used nightly! We enjoyed the great view of the space needle!! It was a perfect location for attending the Torrent game! The restaurants near by were delicious, with a grocery store right down the road! Would definitely stay here again!

This 4 level home with a rooftop deck with fireplace and bbq is absolutely amazing! It’s in a prime location. This house is in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from a few bars, convenience store, coffeehouses! This is a perfect getaway home if traveling solo or with a group! We will definitely be using this house again!!! Very very clean!

We enjoyed a wonderful two-night New Year’s stay at this beautiful Queen Anne townhouse. The location was excellent—within walking distance of the Space Needle and Seattle Center, with views of the Space Needle from the top bedroom and patio. It was easily accessible from I-5 and close to a coffee shop, QFC grocery store, and several restaurants.The home was quiet, immaculate, and very comfortable, with upgraded appliances and a well-equipped kitchen that made meal preparation easy. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the amenities rivaled those of a four-star hotel, including toiletries and a hair dryer.We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host, such as bottled water, coffee and tea, chocolates, and a bottle of wine. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the TVs made it easy to use personal streaming services with automatic logout and automatic deletions of personal information.We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting downtown Seattle or the Queen Anne neighborhood.
