I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone. The location was unbeatable and the entire flat was spotless. Communication with Anita was amazing (quick response, all the information you could hope for) and the check in/out process couldn’t have been easier.

Great communication with Anita, the host. She was easily contacted and very accommodating. It was very clean and great room for a couple. It was in a great location for attractions, eating out, supplies and shopping.

This was a very comfortable apartment. The location was close to transport, lots of eateries and major Westminster attractions. The Host was very helpful with a few queries we had. She manages the property herself, so you are not dealing with a third party manager. We have stayed there twice now, and would stay again.

Very gracious and communicative host with a smooth last-minute booking process. Met the cleaner when we checked in and she was lovely and very good at her work. The location is phenomenal and we enjoyed the proximity to central London sights, the tube, good food and walking distance to see Hamilton!

Apartment was excellent, very clean, Anita has thought of everything including umbrellas. Bathroom and kitchen are very modern and clean, some bathroom and kitchen amenities are supplied. Apartment is centrally located within walking distance to all London attractions and 1 minute walk to tube station.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed for an extended weekend and the flat was perfect. You cannot beat the location - close to many sights and only a few steps to the Underground but on a quiet street. Anita was an excellent host and the flat was clean and just as described. We would definitely stay again when in London!

Was a great place to stay! Flat had everything we needed for a week long stay. Terrific location — 2 minute walk to a tube station and within walking distance of many sites and attractions. We cannot say enough how wonderful the property was to have as our option for a one week long stay in London. Central to many attractions. Restaurants and the St. James tube. Situated in a safe community and secure entry to the flat. I am a picky person when it comes to cleanliness, this flat was top notch! Cleanest place I have seen in a while. Host was informative about the city and very responsive to our questions. We had a great experience here and hope others would consider for a VRBO stay.

Excellent location and host!

A perfect place and location! The flat was clean and cozy, and had all we needed. Anita was so helpful with info and suggestions for our stay. We loved being able to walk to so many places, and being so close to St James’s station was a huge perk. We can’t wait to return in the near future!
