The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Checkout time is 12pm
• Gather used towels - Place all dirty linens in the laundry room. Leave comforters on beds.
• Throw trash away - Bag all trash and take to dumpster.
• Additional requests -
○ Begin dishwasher with any dirty dishes.
○ Please remove your food from the premises
○ Make sure all furniture is returned to its original location
○ Clean grill if used.
○ Place rocking chair cushions in patio storage box.
○ Leave AC at 72 degrees
○ Turn things off - Make sure all lights and TVs are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
