Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
When you are departing, please make sure not to leave anything in refrigerator and make sure not to leave any food in pots and pans.
If you have more than one load of dirty towels, please wash a load before you leave. Our cleaning staff does a lot of laundry after your departure and multiple towel loads can delay their schedule.
Please place one set of keys back on the hook just inside the door Please lock the top and bottom lock before leaving. Place the other set of keys back in the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We enjoyed our stay again this year. The condo was spotless, well stocked with essentials, and comfortable. The carpet in the second bedroom has been removed and replaced with bare flooring, which we loved! Thank you for another great stay!

We enjoyed our week so much! Beach is so close. Condo was great-quiet building. We walked to dinner several times. Very good location. Very comfortable condo with great views of gulf and the street side-we enjoyed it all.

Great location and very comfortable accommodations. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy. We had no issues at all with the stay. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill but we were told that the building didn't allow grills. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Condo and Beautiful Beach!

We enjoyed our week at the Whalen's condo so much! We cannot say enough about our positive experience. The location was perfect: a nice view of the beach from the side patio, no busy roads to cross to access the beach, and walking distance to cafes, restaurants and ice cream. The condo was spotless, spacious and comfortable and provided all of the basic amenities we needed. The building and neighbors were quiet. Check-in and communication with the host were quick and easy. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the area and we hope to return again in the future!

Perfect family vacation
