Welcome to Cozy Corner at Sea Haven. Beautiful, completely renovated condo with Gulf views from every room in a private 6 unit condo complex. Spacious, open floor plan, with 2 master suites, is fully equipped to be your home away from home. Enjoy stunning sunsets and beach views from your 2 private balconies or walk less than 100 steps to the breathtaking beach of Indian Rocks. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beds for 5 guests plus a pack-n-play makes it so even the tiniest guest can enjoy their stay. First bedroom has a king and second bedroom has a queen plus twin rollout bed. Fill up our beach wagon with the supplied beach toys and boogie boards for the kids, plus chairs and umbrella. There are outdoor showers to wash off your sandy feet. There are several restaurants with live entertainment and shops that are a short walk away. More than enough places to visit a new one every night during your week stay. The Cozy Corner binder will have information on many activities and restaurants to help you plan once you arrive. We are family friendly and tried to think of everything all ages would need to build memories to last a lifetime.

Amazing location and property

The property was as advertised and worked great for our small family. Property owner was easy to communicate with. Location was amazing! So close to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. Appreciated having access to beach chairs and wagon to haul stuff to/from the beach. The balcony was nice as well. The sunsets from this beach were spectacular!

We had a lovely time at Kara’s place! They provided everything you need and more. Everything was clean and had a great view. Plenty of games for inside and beach supplies as well. Baby items were a major bonus
