Incredible location and views and a wonderful, comfortable house with everything. We had a fabulous, multigenerational week in paradise. Lynne communicated so well with us, and we were so grateful to stay in her lovely Squam retreat. Access to the lake was great. Hiking is right there. Sandwich and Center Harbor are very easy to access. I couldn’t recommend this property more highly. Thanks, Lynne!
Our family of 9 spent a delightful 2 weeks gazing out at Squam Lake. While the house is across the street from the lake, it is a short, pleasurable walk to its expansive beach and docks. We rented boats for the time we were here. The home's docks are in a calm lovely protected spot on the lake. We plan to return next year to create more magical memories

Thank you Geoff and Beth!
Indeed we are a short 3 minute walk and a 1 minute drive down to our private beach with our own picnic area, parking area, two docks, a huge lake trampoline, 4 kayaks and 200 feet of shoreline...the benefit of that very short walk is that you return to our sunny expansive house/deck with (the most) stunning, open views of the lake and the Squam mountain range beyond.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Squam next summer!

Plenty of room for all of us! Lots of waterfront fun on an uncrowded part of the lake! Nicely decorated with quality decor and can't think of anything we might have needed that wasn't already there. Children had a great time on the tennis court playing pickleball and basketball. Short walk to a hiking trail. And a short drive to Beede Falls. When we asked our oldest grandson what he liked best he shouted "Everything"!

The perfect getaway on Squam Lake!
We stayed a week at this beautifully appointed home. From the porch we could watch the children’s tennis match and the lake beyond. Their dock has plenty of room to pull up a pontoon boat that we rented. A fabulous kitchen with everything you need and a view of the lake. We loved our stay there. And I would recommend it to anyone.
