Very clean, quiet, great location on the top of Sugar Mountain, great for two adults. The unit was all we needed for our 4 day stay. Unit was very small with no air conditioner but we stayed on the move all days and didn't spend daytime hours in thecondo, only nights. Really appreciated having a neat, clean place to stay for our long weekend in the Banner Elk area.
