Ce condo id��alement situé au 2ème étage à Summerwind est une chambre à coucher + 2 lits superposés avec une vue magnifique sur le sable blanc et l'eau bleue. C'est l'endroit parfait pour les familles qui souhaitent éviter les étages supérieurs, tout en profitant d'une vue incroyable. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour votre confort si vous préparez des repas en famille avec en prime une cafetière Keurig et une mijoteuse. Perfect place for family!

Loved the location, and easy access to the beach and pools! Space was plenty big enough for my family of 5, could have brought a couple more honestly! Clean, beautiful view and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a few days relaxing at the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Navarre Beach for the Chill Factor

We enjoyed our stay. This unit is close to the pier, we loved the beach and the fact they had lifeguards. The condo had nice, clean furnishings. Other than the sheets being a little rough, I highly recommend this location.

Immediately upon the door opening we loved the place. Gorgeous view, so, so, so comfortable beds. Kitchen had every thing needed, including an air fryer. Pools maintained every day and common floors mopped everyday. Can’t say enough good about this place!

Beautiful views! This property had great views and easy access to pool and beach.

Nice condo. Great location. I enjoyed being able to stay in the condo and watch my 13 year old swim at the pool below. Views of beach were perfect. Nice size unit too.

Cuzzies get away in Navarre

Everything was great. The view was amazing. The only problem was both showers were slow to drain. Everything else was perfect!! Will definetly rent again.

Perfect Beach Vacay

Our stay at Emerald View was absolutely perfect! We has 4 adults and a baby and had plenty of room and everything we needed. Beds were very comfy and 2nd floor location was great. No long waits for elevator. Location is ideal. Within walking distance of several great restaurants, convenience store and pier. Right on the most beautiful beach too!! Can’t wait to return!!

Relaxing week

This condo is on the 2nd floor middle building and was perfect to see the ocean and the pools. Mother-in-law has walking issues and enjoy sitting on the patio but it is also easy elevator access too. We had a very relaxing time .

Navarre by the pier.

We enjoyed the condo. Described as said. Easy location to find. Quiet, relaxing and great having, pool, hot tub and Gulf at your front door! Walking distance to pier with least expensive cost to get onto the pier than any other beach we’ve stayed at before. Navarre is definitely a quiet little town and beach! If you want to go where it isn’t commercialized, this is the place! Away from the maddening crowd but close enough to it!

Loved the condo, very clean and just as pictured! It was quiet and comfortable. Would stay again…. But curious about the pet policy. We were told no but saw many there with their pets. Otherwise, loved it! Highly recommend! And kudus to having a front row seat to the best fireworks we have ever seen!

Beautiful beaches and great time away to relax.

I have been coming to Navarre since I was a kid. It was nice to have this beautiful place to get to bring my kids. The condo was perfect, just like the pictures. The view was amazing. We watched the dolphins and surfers every morning. The beach was not too crowded and close to the pier so we could walk over and check out the fishing. The curtain rod in the living room was a little loose, we fixed it and let the owners know. They responded back within minutes. Great to know they will take care of you. Hope to be back soon.

Would definitely stay again.

I’ll start with the only con.. We had some issues with the bathtub in the master not draining and the guest bath not holding water but maintenance was quick to fix the master. The guest never got fixed but showers were taken there anyway. Honestly my favorite part of our stay was the bed!!! I’ve never stayed at a condo with mattresses this comfy! What brand were they?! We loved the area and how close it was to the pier. It’s also on the 2nd floor so that made the elevators not too long of a wait and I was able to take my infant up to the room and watch my family play close by in the pool from the balcony. Overall it was a great vacation. Thanks for hosting us!

The condo was in a perfect location but there were no extras. My brother stayed in a similar condo in same building and it had beach chairs, a wagon, umbrella, cooler and some other items. You will definitely have to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels and soap if staying more than a couple of days. I liked that it was on the second floor but with all the marine life you can see more being up higher. Not bad if you can bring items with you but we flew in so we bought and just left things there.

Construction

Property is ok. Not what I’m used to at the summerwind. When I arrived there were ropes hanging from the building all infront of the balcony. Our pool was also closed. This was not disclosed while booking. I would not have paid this much for something that had construction blocking the view. Security guards also take their job way to serious, asking children their ages which I find very inappropriate.

We were disappointed to find our condo very dirty. Two sinks were totally clogged.

We arrived at our condo at approx., 6 p..m. on Fri., June 17, with our rental to last until Tue., June 21, 2022. At first glance, the condo appeared fine. However, at 3 a.m. my daughter tried to shower and could not finish because the drain was completely clogged (which I suggest should have been noticed by a cleaning crew if the tub/shower had been cleaned prior to our arrival). I called a nearby friend in the middle of the night (a plumber), who was able to clear the drain enough that we could use the shower in the master bath. In addition, when we arose on Sat., when we tried to use dishes/cups in the cupboards all of the dishware was coated with red, crusted sauce. The floors were so dirty that our one and a helf year old was covered in black dirt with minutes. I called the office on Sat. morning and spoke with a woman who said she was Stephanie. I told her of our issues. I asked her about the condo ownership and suggested the owner was getting "ripped off" by the cleaning company. She told me the condo was individually owned. She offered a credit for the cleaning services but I told her that would not be adequate and that I would not negotiate over the phone. I volunteered to come to the office on Monday morning to discuss the negotiations in person. I also told her that the owner should know because the cleaning crew, prior to our arrival, had charged for services not being rendered. Stephanie then sent a maintenance and cleaning crew within a short period of time. They did a fine job but I did not feel comfortable leaving them alone because all of our personal belongings were there and exposed. So, we canceled our beach plans for the day with other friends and waited in the condo until the crews left. After they left, I received a phone call from someone who said she was the owner, Julie Massey. She accused me of having more people than the rental allowed (we had 8, which is the amount of persons advertised); attempting to obtain a total refund (which I never even suggested). She made a verbal offer of settlement over the phone and threatened to call the police when I told her I would not negotiate over the phone. She told me to "get out, right now". I took that as a threat. I hung up while she was still talking and she called back immediately, yelling. I hung up once again. I will never rent a unit managed by Julie Massey again and will tell as many people as possible how poorly I was treated. Shame on you.

Beach Rentals at Navarre takes every complaint seriously and responds in a timely, fair, and professional manner. As soon as we were made aware of the complaint, we sent our cleaning crew and our maintenance personnel to the unit to remedy the situation. We offered a fair compensation which the guest refused to discuss with us over the phone. The unit was completely recleaned and the guest was refunded her cleaning fee plus an additional $150 for the trouble. Beach Rentals at Navarre

Excellent for All Ages

This property was on the second floor, which was great for the grandparents to watch the kids in the pool just below the balcony. 3 bed 2 bath was perfect for our group of 9 people. The view of the pier and beach was awesome. The 2 younger kids loved the pool and hot tub. We cooked a lot because we had a large group and had no problems with the kitchen. The older grandparents (all 4 in their 60's) complained about how slow the elevator was, but it was only 2 flights of stairs so I didn't care at all. We used the lazy days beach service one day, which was wonderful but very expensive, we should have just went to walmart and bought our own stuff. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach, so amazing!!! Fun to people watch from the balcony because the beach was so close.
