Spacious 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath vacation home at the 13MM, fully remodeled with plenty of parking and three boat slips (2-14x40 & 1-12x32), plus 2 jet ski slips. Enjoy a private saltwater pool with a swim-up bar, two swim decks, and ample seating with float toys included. Inside features a fireplace, pool table, air hockey, arcade games, and more. Gas grill, trailer parking, and a small ramp for PWCs available.

Pool can be heated upon request for an additional $50/day

The Neighborhood:

Located in Sunrise Beach, at the 13 MM, you are dead center to go to the West Side of the lake, including local attractions such as Captain Ron's, The Cave, Paradise, Lake House 13 Bar & Grill, and the Sunrise Beach Safari. Or head over the bridge to the East side, where you find the Bagnell Dam Strip with over 20 local favorites such as the Malted Monkey ropes course, Casa Blanca, Neon Taco, Tucker Shuckers, Old Time Photos, and Grandma's Candy. If you are looking for finer dining with a casual atmosphere, you must visit Baxters or JB Hooks, located just over the bridge as well. No matter what you are looking for, this home is close to everything!

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We had 8 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room to spread out. TV’s everywhere and game tables though we were mostly outside in the pool or pontooning on the lake. Large new Kitchen well stocked with essentials. Many pool towels and bath. Double laundry rooms. We also took advantage of the campfire area also. Great dock area! Could go on and on. The management team responded immediately to our text. Thanks for a nice vacation week!

We had our family group of 19 people there June 12,2026 for 3 nights We try to get our whole family together every June orJuly for 3 to 4 nights on a beach. This is our second year coming to the Sunrise Beach. This house was easily accessible, had well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds for everyone, and all loved the pool and outdoor boat-dock area. We definitely would like to come back and next time stay four nights instead of 3.
