All of this near the ocean and intercoastal with easy access to New Smyna, Flagler, Ormond, Daytona beaches. Book your next getaway at FINS UP! Many restaurants and shopping walkable with a beautiful lake with walking trails one block away! This is a mini resort that is all yours! FINS UP offers a nod to Jimmy Buffet, this is a relaxing vacation home that offers the best of everything. Sorry no pets and max capacity is 7 people.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not leave any dirty dishes. Set AC at 77 degrees & confirm back door is locked.
Check out is no later than 11am. Please text 443 783-5705 and cleaners will be notified room is available for cleaning or they will be there just after 11am.
To lock the front door, just put a finger on the lock symbol for 3 seconds & it will automatically lock. Please remember to make sure nothing is left behind. Mondays and Thursday are trash day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be sure no loud music or other noise is prevale after 11pm. I greatly enjoy my neighborhood and the neighbors have my card. Be safe.

FINS UP was a really great place to stay, right near the Daytona Speedway, easy access to grocery stores and restaurants too. The host was great, very communicative and very responsive. Everything was clean, tidy, and very nice inside. We really enjoyed everything about it. We will definitely be staying here again next year!
