3 bedrooms, 2 bath with a large loft area. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy wildlife outside from the two decks. Pool table for your enjoyment. Enjoy the black hills and all custer has to offer just minutes away!
My name is Jared Webster and I am a industrial Arts teacher at Custer High School.
This house was a project I have just completed for other people to enjoy.
We were very happy with the whole experience, the Websters were very accommodating, they even favored us with a bottle of wine in honor of our 50th. wedding anniversary. Very pleasant people, with a very nice cabin, would stay again if up that way
This is the second time we have stayed at this cabin. Again, we enjoyed all the room, the quiet atmosphere and the comfort. Hoping to be able to stay again in the future. Really a great area.
Was bigger than we thought.very clean.had a great time.owners parents very nice came with eggs.beautiful scenery deer came morning and night.loved it would recommend!
The cabin was perfect for our family trip. The 2-3 miles to Custer made it accessible for gas, food and groceries; while the remote location provided frequent sightings of deer, turkeys and a peacock. Each mother/daughter pair shared a bedroom and the grandchildren shared the loft. It was truly ideal for our group.
We originally attempted to rent camper cabins for our group, but everything filled up. And now I am thankful for that!
This place was comfortable. It is reasonably private. We had way more privacy that we would have had at a state park. Also, this property was right in the middle of everything we wanted to see.
Everything was just as it was in the pictures. Really, it's a bit nicer. All the walls are finished in pine siding. It makes it a little hard to get the floor plan in your head from the pictures. You really could fit a bunch of children in the loft.
Pros: Fire pit, loads of fire wood, loft, pool table, big dinning table, two small decks, wild life, nice owners (Jared's parents live next door.)
Cons: Small, but functional kitchen.
Bottom line: I would stay here again.
Enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Quiet atmosphere, roomy and comfortable, beautiful scenery. Would consider staying here again and would recommend it to friends and family.
