Absolutely no parties or events allowed. This is a very peaceful community. Please be respectful of neighbors and noise ordinance after 8 pm. No parking in the street. There is no lifeguard on duty and you’re swimming at your own risk. The homeowner is not responsible for any injuries caused on the property. By renting this property you are agreeing to all home rules.
