Estamos subestimando nuestro condominio para nuestra inauguración inaugural! nuestros precios cambian por mes, pero siempre seremos menos que las agencias y siempre estaremos dispuestos a hacer un trato para cumplir con nuestras fechas abiertas. aloha!

¡Buscamos en la isla la mejor experiencia de vista directa al mar con impresionantes asientos de primera fila para la temporada de avistamiento de ballenas y esto es todo! ¡Con 24/7 de olas oceánicas románticas y relajantes! Enorme piscina climatizada, spa extra grande, aire acondicionado centralizado y lavadora y secadora muy raras en el condominio.

Magical stay

We loved our stay in paradise. Mike and Brenda are wonderful and kind hosts. The view is phenomenal. Saw lots of whales and slept to the sound of the ocean. Thank you so much!

Beautiful views

Room was very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean from the room. Enjoyed walking on the gorgeous beach right outside. Would stay here again. Very reasonably priced.

We love this place!

This place exceeded our expectations and we wished we could’ve stayed here for our whole trip. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and an amazing oceanfront view. The pool area was awesome and we loved being only steps away from the beach. Mike and brenda were easy to get a hold of if we needed and responded to our questions right away. We would 100% stay here again.

What a view! Great hosts and convenient location, too

Our stay was fabulous. The unit had everything we needed for a few nights with our two kids, and we loved the beach walks, swimming in the ocean, pool and hot tub, balcony, and easy access to Wailea area for a day trip. Hard to imagine paying so much more elsewhere when this had all we needed. Hosts were excellent communicators and generous, and we loved that the unit had boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and small cooler, as well as some pantry oils and spices and things perhaps left by past guests or by the hosts, as well as a few odds and ends in the bathroom cupboard that were not things we counted on but appreciated. Wonderful place to stay!

My Kihei Retreat

My 2nd time staying in this same penthouse until. Carpet recently replaced with very nice LVP, making an even more immaculate property. Beautiful view for morning coffee on lanai. Great TV for streaming. Comfy bed. Great shower. Owners are easily accessible, super friendly & helpful, and responsive. The beach going chairs and umbrellas are great. Will stay here again.

Amazing!! Mike and Brenda go above and beyond to ensure your stay is absolutely perfect. I was blown away by their hospitality. Not only that, the condo is just perfect. Clean, cozy, and the view is unreal. Very fortunate to have stayed here.

Great place to stay!

Unfortunately we only stayed here one night, due to a change in our original flight to Maui. I wish we found this place sooner and booked it for our whole trip. It was a great location, the beach was very nice, the condo was really clean and had everything we needed! Mike and Brenda were very helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. They also offered some tips on sites to see and places to eat. I would recommend staying here!

Mike and Brenda are amazing considerate hosts ! Our condo was very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable with everything we needed ! The price for ocean front was very reasonable! Rescue Run

I had to return to the island after the Lahaina fire to retrieve my luggage. The condo is exactly as described, super clean, and in a great (central) location. The host was super hospitable and responsive. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This condo has a beautiful view out across the beach and water to Molokini and Kahoolawe. While we did not see any whales, the soft sound of the surf crashing as we went to sleep and woke up in the morning was magical. Decent location relatively close to Kihei and Wailea(need a car to get around)

Great views and location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in June. The condo was cute, and had a fabulous patio with direct ocean view, TV's with a variety of channels, good a/c, and a nice, quiet bedroom. The condo was also supplied with a washer and dryer, beach chairs, boogie board, and beach towels. Everything you could think you might need, this condo supplied it! Contact with the owners was always very quick and great to work with. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to book our next visit!

Beautiful view & amazing hosts!

We just had the pleasure of staying in this unit for one week in August 2024. Mike & Brenda were amazing to correspond with -- helpful, highly communicative, understanding and incredibly generous! They really went out of their way to ensure that we had the best experience and for that I will be forever appreciative! This unit has a BEAUTIFUL view from the lanai and the Sugar Beach Resort is located in an incredibly central spot where you are 15-30 minutes (or less!) from everything on the island -- and we sure explored every corner of Maui! At the end of our long days of exploration, we enjoyed relaxing back at the condo. We (a family of 4 with two young children) especially appreciated the washer/dryer, kitchen, and dishwasher :) I will say that before going to Maui I did not appreciate just how strongly the trade winds funneled through Northern Kihei - so it is important to note that does get very windy in the afternoons at this location. Fortunately, the lanai of this unit is protected from the winds, so it remained one of my favorite places to sit and enjoy coffee at sunrise or drinks at sunset :) Thank you, Mike & Brenda, for a wonderful experience!

Great Stay

Our hosts Mike and Brenda did a great job communicating with us right from the start through the entire process. The property is in a perfect location and the view of the ocean from the room is second to none. All of the amenities were included in the room and good location to shops and stores. Would highly recommended this room and property and look forward to a return in the future

The views are amazing

This place is all about the location. It’s away from the really busy tourist areas but the view is fantastic and still close enough to everything. Watching the sunset everyday from the balcony. Doesn’t get much better. If you want a huge resort this isn’t it. And that’s what we like about it. Mike and Brenda were fabulous hosts. Proactively communicated every step along the way. Very appreciated. The unit is a bit older but the furnishings are all new. The bed is super comfy! We will stay here again for sure.

Awesome view and location

The place has an awesome view from the balcony and the living room. It directly overlooks the ocean with no instructions. The place is easily accessible and central in location when In Maui. Kitchen was fully stocked and bed was very comfortable. The property has great amenities from a restaurant to excursion/activity store, spa, pool and hot tub. Mike was in direct communication with me throughout my stay. He was very accommodating for any additional requests and very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place with such great views, amenities and awesome hosts!

Property clean and well managed. Mike extremely easy to deal with. Condo has everything needed for a great holiday. Disappointed in office staff requiring a $2.00 fee and .25 cents per page to print 1 file with 4 pages. We always try to use on site tour facility to book our adventures and found this to be cheap and not in the theme that was portrayed in everything else in the facility.

Nice place to enjoy the sound of the sea. Great place for families. Not to far from Road to hana. We did it twice. Owners were kind and available to answer our questions.

Mike accommodated our last minute add-on of an extra night to our trip (we just needed one night), and was so helpful. He provided great recommendations for food! We walked down the beach to a bakery first thing in the morning, and the location is just perfect and central to so many other places. Great porch and view, nice pool downstairs, and there was a deli too but we didn't get a chance to try it. This was our first time in Kihei, and were not disappointed!

Amazing Ocean View!!

This was a great condo with lots of supplies and a beautiful view!! Easy access to the beach and close to amenities. The beach was quiet during the day and pool was nice to enjoy later on. A few bonuses like a wide variety of tv channels to watch in the evening and a newspaper waiting on the step in the morning. Mike and Brenda were also very helpful and easy to deal with.

Best value on Maui! Beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location

This was the perfect place to stay on Maui. We enjoyed a morning walk on the beach every morning and the unit had everything we needed, was clean and up to date. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean was beautiful! The central location on the island allows you to get pretty much anywhere within a couple hours max. It's close to all sorts of food and shopping but just North of it all so it's a little quieter which is perfect for relaxing. There's no reason to stay anywhere else and we'll be back for sure. This is the best value on Maui. We took advantage of the onsite concierge to book activities and enjoyed meeting other visitors and locals at Dina's Sandwitch. The pool and hot tub were clean and facility well maintained. You are about 15 minutes from lots of great food and shopping at Wailea. We did some cooking in the unit and we had everything we needed. There were also boogie boards and other miscellaneous beach items under the bed. Oh, and we got married just down the road on the beach! Thank you so much Mike and Brenda! Mark and Ann
