Some of the best hiking trails are just 10 minutes away.
The apartment is a garden level unit in a single family home, with a private entrance, completely renovated and fully furnished. This gorgeous Mapleton house was originally built in 1925 and has been carefully remodeled by the owners to keep its historical character while using the latest technologies for comfort and durability. The apartment has 1000 square feet and two bedrooms, spacious living/dining room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom and a beautiful private patio. It is equipped with a luxurious queen sized bed, a full bed and a large living room sofa. Hydronic floor heating is used for quiet and efficient heating.
This apartment is perfect for visiting professionals, visiting professors and vacationers. Although not necessary, on and off street parking is provided if needed. Come and check it out, you will love staying in our beautiful apartment.

Lovely place to stay. There are are several steps to get down to the entrance. The apartment was very comfortable and the host was very responsive to our needs. Had a great time and will stay again.

Beautiful location. Easy walk to the Pearl Street Mall. Very pretty private porch to enjoy time outside. Loved our stay!
We stayed for a week and it was the perfect location! It was a short walk to town with lots of places to eat and shop. Place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
This is a comfortable and clean rental and well within walking distance of Pearl St. We will stay here again! Communication and check in was easy and clear. Highly recommended!
The apartment conveniently located, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Comfortable, plenty of space for our family of 3. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in the neighborhood.

We came to Boulder first time in 1998 for a visit and fell in love with it. The following year we moved from Washington DC and have been living here ever since. We never regretted leaving the big city. We are very active people who take full advantage of all Boulder has to offer: amazing hiking, running and biking trails, kayaking in the nearby Boulder Reservoir, skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and soaring above gorgeous Rocky Mountains. Thus we can give you ample advice what to do and where to go. We have two little kids who accompany us on most of our exploits. We love our home and we hope you will too!
