Ideally located within steps from the beach and short walking distance of local restaurants, shops and a lively beach bar - no car needed but 2 parking spaces are included. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee with a stunning beach view, or lounge by the heated pool for outdoor fun you have access to beach towels, toys and chairs. Enjoy a day on Clearwater Beach with a short 15 minute trolly ride with pickup steps from condo on 15th Ave.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this building - different units. The location is great! Such a short walk to the beach and located between St Pete and Clearwater. The host has thought of everything you might need including beach towels and chairs. We’d definitely stay again. Just a recommendation for future guests - bringing a sound machine may be helpful as Hurricane Eddie’s is right across the street and they have music most nights but especially Thursday- Saturday.

We had a wonderful stay at the BeachSweetBeach condo in IRB! The location if perfect. You are set one building back from the coast, but still get the ocean views and can walk barefeet to the beach! There are many restaurants within walking distance (1 mile north or south) and some right across the street. They offer 2 parking places (one under the building for weather protection), but you wouldn't need a car if you plan to beach the whole time. The pool was clean and warm. Its not huge but there is enough room for tanning and swimming! It also was surprisingly private with the fencing and landscaping. The condo itself if perfect for families. There are 2 bathrooms, one being very large, and double bunks and a pull out bed in the kids room. The primary has a king and an attached bath. The hosts really did a great job stocking this condo with everything you could need, from beach chairs, towels, and sand toys to a toaster, coffee maker, and small cooler! We were so pleased with our stay and hope to be back! The unit was very clean and well kept, and the hosts were so kind and sweet to work with. A on this condo!

I have been renting different condos for the last 7 years during this same week - this condo has ABSOLUTELY been the best yet! Everything that was advertised was completely accurate and the owners remember to add the little touches that make a vacation even more relaxing ! From the chairs , cooler, basic supplies like paper towels , TP, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap.. even shampoo - conditioner and body wash not to mention the lovely display and use of beach towels ! I enjoyed being walking distance to food and shops . What a terrific week we had of beach and total comfort in this condo !! This condo is a fantastic vacation spot ! Great job owners and I hope you get to enjoy your condo also :) Many thanks for a week full of fun memories !!

Why they chose this property

We visited nearby beaches often growing up and always dreamed of owning a place on the beach. In 2020 we fell in love with Indian rocks beach and in 2025 we were able to make that dream come true. We want to share our little piece of heaven with others who also love the beach and everything this little town has to offer.
