Este condominio acaba de terminar de ser renovado. Tiene una cocina nueva con gabinetes nuevos, hermosas encimeras de cuarzo y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Se instalaron pisos nuevos en toda la planta baja.

¡Este condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2. 5 baños estilo casa adosada ofrece la escapada completa a la playa! Sunset Paradise ofrece un camino directo desde la piscina y el jacuzzi a la playa. Después de un día de disfrutar de la playa y la piscina, asar a la parrilla y comer junto a la piscina. El piso principal de la unidad tiene una cocina, una pequeña mesa para comer y una sala de estar, y un medio baño. Arriba hay dos dormitorios cada uno con su propio baño completo privado. Puede tener todas las comodidades del hogar en su escapada a la playa. Esta unidad está en el segundo piso y es accesible solo por escaleras.

Este condominio ahora duerme (6). La cama doble que se ve en la habitación ha sido reemplazada por una litera. ¡Las fotos del nuevo diseño de la habitación vendrán pronto!

Terrible

The place was dirty- dishes were filthy. The master bedroom bathroom was disgusting and outdated.The patio furniture was old and rusty.One thing I looked for when I book a condo. I always make sure that there is laundry on site when I went to go do the laundry. The washing machine made me throw up. I’ve been to Florida many times and this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

Great Location at the Beach

We were a family of girl cousins and a grandmother staying for a girls’ weekend at the beach. The place was the perfect size and location for what we wanted. You can’t beat the pool right on the beach. We appreciated that beach chairs, towels and toys were provided. We thought overall the place could be a little more updated. The bedding, towels, furniture just need a refresh. More bath towels, dish towels, plates and cups would be nice. The laundry at the condo was not working during our stay. Also, we went in the pool one afternoon and it was brought to our attention by another guest that the pool had been treated that day but the signs were very poorly marked. There were other people in the pool too who were unaware. My toddler ingested the water and it gave me great cause for concern. I suggest leaving orange cones or a more visible sign when this happens. Overall we had a great time. If the condo had some simple updates and improvements, it could be the perfect place.

Review

This was an average property. The listing indicated the there was a coin operated washer and dryer on site in the complex. We found the washer to be completely full of brown muddy stale water. It was brought to the attention of the property manager and nothing was done about it during our entire stay. The dryer was unplugged and both were unusable. After it was brought to the attention of the property manager he gave us directions to a local laundromat.

IRB Vacation

The property was very easy to find and great to have parking. Being so close to the pool and beach was perfect with kids. Pool was very warm and clean. Inside the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would be a little tight if you had 6 adults but with kids it was just fine. Overall great experience!

Family Vacay IRB 2024

We really enjoyed our stay in our condo. The condo was stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys. The size was just what we needed as we did not plan on spending much time in the room. Cameron was a great host, who was always quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our arrival.

Great Family Trip

We loved how close this property was to the beach. Having access to a hot tub and pool was nice too! Great restaurants nearby and everything in listing was as described. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great location, near the beach with a pool overlooking the sand. Only issue is that the tubs are super slow to drain. Take extra towels, wash clothes, and toilet paper though!

Perfect location for beach lovers

Exactly as pictured, clean and so close to the beach! There is everything you need for cooking if you choose. The pool was perfect for the kids while parents enjoy the sunset. Would highly recommend!

First time Vrbo user

I wanted a place with a pool and on the beach to spend a week with my family. This condo was exactly that. It was clean and the bedrooms were large with separate bathrooms. The extra beach accessories were an added bonus. Great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The Host was helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. This was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful family oriented vacation rental.

We enjoyed just about everything about this cute little condo. We didn't have the view of a beachfront but the access to the beach was a short and safe walk. You had everything we needed to have a perfect beach vacation including beach toys . Our only negative........There is a washer and dryer available but no easy location to pick up detergent. Thank you for a great stay!

Great condo right on the beach!

Our family had a great time! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub were amazing, with access to the Gulf right through a gate. Beach and pool toys available. Condo location was great. Much quieter area than Clearwater or St Pete’s. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Short walk to the beach!

This property is in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach. We were presently surprised but the amount of beach supplies they provided us with. Overall the place is a little small to fit as many people as the listing says it does. I would say it fits 4 adults comfortably. Kitchen and living room is cramped but it didn't matter too much to us. We wanted to be as close to the beach as possible without spending a ton of money and this place was exactly that! Communication with the property manager was great. My questions were answered in a timely manner.

Perfect beach get away

Very nice condo with spacious bedrooms and on-suite bathrooms and comfortable living room. Condo units having direct beach access was wonderful. Also, the condo units had a nice pool.

Great condo!

This property was great! Loved the location, covered parking, pool, beach, everything! The host was super great & easy to work with. The one negative was the room got pretty toasty during the day. It was always set to 70° but peek heat the thermostat would read 79°. Thankfully it cooled completely at night & was comfortable.

Lovely and relaxing vacation will return!

Check in was easy because it was just a code on the door. Cleanliness- very clean no issues Location- fantastic. A few really good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Had a car but didn't need it. Beach- beautiful powdery sandy beach with locals, not tourists Ocean- GORGEOUS!! Swim out and see your toes so clear Pool- warm and clean, little small but fine didn't spend much time there Host provided a few umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards- note* they are in the guest bedroom closet. We couldn't find them at first. Then we did. Very glad to have them. Saved us 30 a day from nearby public beach rental station. We had such a relaxing time that I didn't want to go back home. Indian Rocks Beach is a very special place with really good restaurants and nice and quiet. We would not stay in Clearwater. We drove down and it is too commercialized and touristy in a bad way. Also way overpriced. Indian Rocks is the best. Sunsets were to die for and we got amazing pictures of us that I will treasure forever. Kitchen- well stocked I think...we just used plates and glasses. We didn't cook because who wants to do work on vacation?? The refrigerator is large and spacious. The icemaker made enough ice for our cooler which saved us trips to the gas station. Suggestions- new beds please! Add curtains in guest bedroom. We will be back for sure. Great priced condo on the beach. Thanks for having us!
