Denna lägenhet med 2 sovrum / 2 badrum ligger vid Sunset Paradise i Indian Rocks Beach. Även om enheten i sig inte har utsikt över viken, är den belägen på viken, så du behöver inte korsa gatan för att komma till stranden. Denna enhet ligger bara några steg från komplex tillgång till pool och strand. Andelslägenhet har nyligen renoverats från takfläktar, sängkläder och madrasser med övermadrass till platt-TV i både sovrum och vardagsrum. Andelslägenhet har målad topp till botten .. Köket har vackra skåp ,, bänkskivor i granit, apparater i rostfritt stål och välfyllda för din vistelse. Det finns bar / matsal med plats för upp till 5 för de måltider som du planerar att äta i!

Som tillstånd till alla våra gäster tillhandahåller vi strandstolar, badhanddukar och ett parasoll. Alla är i enheten och redo för dig att njuta av under ditt besök. Några andra bekvämligheter som är värda att nämna skulle vara 2 täckta / reserverade parkeringsplatser och gratis internet.

Great stay!

My family had a very nice stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We had an issue initially with check-in, but I appreciated that the owner was available and immediately took care of it within seconds. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this condo!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was very clean and fully stocked with what we needed. The location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants/shops. It was a short drive to the water park too. We loved spending time at the beach and pool, and the sunset views were incredible. We had an issue with getting the WiFi to connect (due to a storm) and Cameron replied immediately and helped us resolve the issue. We will definitely stay here again and have told others about it too. Indian Rocks Beach is a fun beach town within close proximity to Clearwater Beach. There’s so much to see and do in this area. 10/10 recommend. We can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Convenient location

This was the second time we have stayed in this general area in IRB. Condo location is great, you are steps away from the beach. The condo itself is nothing fancy, but it was clean and well maintained. It was great that a variety of beach toys and chairs were provided. Manager was quick to respond to my txt messages when we had things come up. My only complaint is the lack of paper products and trash bags provided. IMO, if you're going to market the condo as able to fit 6 people then an appropriate amount of household items should be provided (i.e. one roll of paper towels and one extra trash bag isn't it). If location is your top priority then this is a great place to stay.

July Vacation 2024

We have been to Indian Rocks Beach many times and have stayed in many condos. This condo was clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were all very comfortable, and it was great to have two bathrooms. The condo was steps to the pool and beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as other sand toys. available for our use which was very convenient. I did have to contact the property manager to resolve a small issue and he was very responsive. I would recommend this condo to friends and family if they are looking for a nice and affordable condo for their stay in Indian Rocks.

Indian Shores

We had a wonderful time on our first ever trip to Indian Shores. The condo was clean,and close to svereal restaurants,and most of all steps away from the beautiful ocean. We will be back.

Perfect Beach Week

We've been coming to IRB for years but this was bybfar our best rental!! Location was perfect--steps to the beach, of course, but also just steps to multiple restaurants and, most important, icecream. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Loved that the kids had their own bathroom attaches to their room. Condo layout was also ideal for teens that like to sleep in and a mom who gets up at dawn! I didnt have to worry about waking anyone up. We will definitely try to book again in future years.

Great stay!

We had a lovely sisters/mom trip. The hosts were prompt in responding. Just wish there was more toilet paper/garbage bags ect since it’s no fun to worry about running out of them on a trip. Overall very great. Pool was wonderful and we could walk right to the beach! The beach chairs and boogie boards may need an update, they’re broken and rusty. We had a wonderful time! Catch a charter boat to Egmont Key island and Shell Key island and tour them and collect shells! Dolphins played behind the boat and it was definitely the highlight of our trip!

Spacious condo

The bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It has a full size kitchen and a livingroom. We enjoyed a cup of joe in the balcony before heading or either to the pool or beach. We were also able to use the gas grill. There are also a few restaurants that are walking distance from the condo. It was the perfect place for relaxation.

Indian Rocks 2023 Vacation

Just as advertised. Had everything we needed and more. Pool steps from unit and beach was awesome with a 30 second walk from the pool. Perfect location in the heart of Indian Rocks. Looking forward to planning our next vacation here.

Amazing Stay

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our family stayed here over winter break and enjoyed the hot tub, pool and beach. The location is wonderful, walking distance to everything we needed. There is shopping, grocery, bars and restaurants nearby. We did have a car so we could explore. The beds were comfortable and had beach chairs, toys and everything we needed. The only issue we had was it was a bit crowded for our family of 5. The living room didn’t have much room for the 5 of us to sit comfortably and hang out. Normally we wouldn’t probably be inside much but it was unseasonably cold. It would be nice if there was a sectional instead of a love seat. But if you have a family of 4 or less it would probably be fine. Overall it’s recommend this property, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location

We loved our stay here. Perfect location to walk to the beach and some great restaurants. My only suggestion would be to see if you can take the OnDemand channels off of the TV. Our first evening there as my kids are searching for something for all of us to watch, I had to hear them reading the very graphic titles. Girl on girl, Ho*ny Mil*s 3, etc. Other than that, it was the perfect location for our family of 4!

The room was alright, the AC not so much.

Over all the room was alright. I’m pretty easy when it comes to a beach vacation. The only thing I really expect is coming to a cool room after being out on the hot beach all day. The temps were 88-90 all week. The room wouldn’t cool below 77-78 starting at about 10am. It would cool down to the set temp by about 1-2am. When I messaged the owner about the AC his advise was to make sure the doors were closed and to turn the fans on😐. My sister and her husband were in the next door unit and the AC was the same. If the AC worked like expected or if the owner would have checked out the issue I’d probably give a 4 or 5 star review. A simple window unit would help curb the issue if the central AC can cool the room on its own.
