Close to everything

My family and I enjoyed the location of this rental. I will say with some deep cleaning and some touch ups this can be a great stay. The four bedrooms are great and not easy to find in this area. Everyone had their own space. I never usually need anything from a property rental as far as extra contacts so it suited my needs just fine to have place to stay. I am writing this review though because this property was honestly not clean. It was frankly dirty! I hate to say this but it is the truth. This property needs some TLC. Hopefully those who rent this will see the review and make improvements. With that being said, if it was clean and maybe updated I would say it would be good property to rent. I was contacted before the rental and able to put in my own code to the lock which was convenient and have no other issues than those already stated. Thank you for the stay. We had great time.

Havasu 1/2 Marathon trip

Was a cute little house. The pool area was nice to hang out in and the heated pool felt great. Location was good and close to London Bridge area. Liked the little bar room area and having an ice maker there.

Location Location Location!

The location of this property is what really makes it. It is a little bit older, and definitely a highly trafficked property, but it was clean, in good shape, had all of the necessities like pots, pans, towels, silverware, coffee maker, etc. bonus points for the ice maker! It helps if you dump a 10lbs pound bag of ice into it to help it get going and then it will be good for your whole stay, but most ice machines are that way. The thermostat and HVAC system worked really good. This property is, like I said a little bit older and is definitely nothing fancy. But the pool was warm, and just a short walk to bars and restaurants, and just a quick 1 mile drive to Body Beach which is our favorite! The only thing that would have really made our stay a little nicer was that the mattresses are definitely in need of replacement. If you can sleep anywhere then you're fine, but with my wife and I sharing a bowled out queen mattress, it did make sleeping a little rough. I'd say its a perfect spot for a guys trip. The hosts were really cool and great to communicate with.

Fun Family Home

Our two young families fit perfectly and had a great time with our stay. Will definitely go back next time we go to Havasu!

Perfect location!

The property's location is the best part of renting it. So close to so many bars, restaurants, the lake and many more things. It does need some updates, the pool is basically unusable in the winter as they do not heat it. The beds were comfortable and neighborhood quiet except for a couple of dogs. We could have used more chairs inside and out as we had eight people staying there. With a little bit of landscaping, paint and minor updates this could be a pretty nice place.

Very nice home!

We had a great time! Everything was very nice in the home. The bed in the master bedroom is really soft, the sheets come off as soon as I laid down. Other than that, we loved the house.

Great house, lots of fun at the pool!

Great house, plenty of room. The patio and pool was the hangout of the week! Boat harbor was really close as was groceries and some fun night spots. Kitchen could use some new pans and serving dishes. But we had an amazing time! Highly recommend.

Such a relaxing vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Kaylene’s house. When we arrived the hot tub was cold but she had someone there within a couple hours to fix it! It worked great the rest of the time we were there. Everything was great from start to finish and we were so happy we chose this house to stay at. We will be back next time we are in Havasu visiting grandparents!

Our families had a great time in The city watching the fireworks. We’ll come back again.

The property was perfect for our long weekend. We had no trouble finding it, we all fit easily and were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and immediately made them into a fort, “Fort Sox”. Would stay again and recommend to anyone. The only drawback was no ceiling lights in the bedrooms but that is style of the time period, I’m sure. We made do with the lamps and were fine. Thanks.

Good location, but very outdated house

Unfortunately the experience staying in this house wasn't as pleasant as expected from reading other reviews. Upon our arrival the refrigerator wasn't working and it took awhile to get hold of the owners, and eventually it was fixed. The next surprise, the swimming pool was cold, not cleaned and not heated to 75F as we were told by the owner, so we couldn't use it at all during our stay. And then overall condition of the house was quite outdated, walls need new paint, old kitchen cabinet doors need locks to stay closed and not swing open all the time, furniture, blinds and floor carpet needs professional cleaning from all the dust accumulated over years. Good location though, close to London bridge and downtown walks. But that didn't help with the feeling of staying in a cheap run down house.

Wonderful family fun rental in the heart of Havasu

This home is perfect for a single or multi-family get away in lovely Lake Havasu, AZ. Adults and children will love the pool and hot tub as well as comfortable beds and plenty of space! The house and furnishings are clean and neat, movies and games are available for everyone to enjoy. Just minutes from the lake and dining. The homeowners were readily available to assist for any questions we had. Our family will look forward to staying at this property in the future!
