Wander Scottsdale Vista is a private single-story retreat designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully appointed for comfort and convenience. Step outside to discover a resort-style backyard with pool and spa, pickleball and basketball courts, a putting green, ping pong, corn-hole, multiple fire pits, and a BBQ, creating endless opportunities for fun under the Arizona sun. Whether you’re gathering for a game, lounging poolside, or enjoying an evening by the fire, the space is tailored for unforgettable moments. To make your stay even easier, basketballs, bean bags, pickleball equipment, putters, and golf balls are all provided.

Nestled in the deserts of Scottsdale, Wander Scottsdale Vista offers easy access to both tranquility and adventure. Just 15 minutes from Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Cave Creek, and Fountain Hills, the area is a hub for dining, shopping, and cultural experiences. Outdoor enthusiasts will find endless opportunities with nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, breathtaking desert landscapes, and scenic views in every direction. The region is also home to some of the nation’s most renowned golf courses, including Troon, Troon North, Grayhawk, Whisper Rock, TPC Scottsdale, Boulders, and Desert Mountain. Whether you’re looking to explore the outdoors, hit the fairways, or enjoy vibrant local dining and entertainment, this location is perfectly situated for it all.

ACCESSIBILITY
We strongly recommend arriving in an all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle, as roads leading to the property may be steep and bumpy. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

PROPANE USAGE
This home uses propane for select amenities, including the fire pit, indoor fireplace, hot tub, and pool. Propane is billed after your stay based on actual usage at $2.10 per gallon plus 9.2% tax.

For reference, past guests have typically incurred propane charges ranging from $100–$600, depending on how often these amenities are used.

POOL HEAT
The pool and spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee based on monitored propane usage. Please note that only one can be heated at a time (either the pool or the spa), but not both simultaneously.

Let Wander Concierge know at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like heating during your stay.


PET FEE
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

EVENT POLICY
Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by Wander’s Concierge Team before your stay. Any guests who violate this policy without prior written consent will be responsible for an immediate $2,500 violation fee, plus any additional costs for excessive cleaning and/or property damage.

SECURITY
There is an ADT camera on the exterior of the front door, but it is non-operational.
