We loved everything about the beach house. The kitchen was well-stocked from sundries to sharp knives to pots with lids that fit. Best rental kitchen yet! The screened porch was where we started and ended our days. Lots of comfy furniture inside and out. A great private boardwalk to the beach and lots of chairs, cabana & toys. Beach towels included. We just had to pack our swimsuits. A perfect stay in every way. Thank you! Also owner checked in on us to make sure all was well—it definitely was!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in Isle of Palms with my kids. Mary was quick to respond with any questions. I usually stay in Wild Dunes, but the location of the place was amazing and far exceeded anywhere I’ve stayed there. The entire place was stocked with anything I could ask for and minimized the amount of trips needed at the store. The toys were a great surprise for my 3 year old who played with them the entire week. The private walkway to the beach was so convenient and my boys loved going for night walks on the beach. I am happy to say I will be booking future trips at this beautiful beach home.

Look no further and Grab this amazing home! Mary made everything so easy…and talk about being a great hostess!! She sent us lots of Charleston and IOP info early on to help us plan. The home clean dm wonderful and it’s really well located This beach location is fantastic and offers quick access to swim, boogie board (Mary has them for you) and walk for miles! We spent a lot time on the screened back porch looking at the walkway to the ocean. She made it feel homey and stocks useful thing like beach chairs, cabana, towels, toys and clean up is easy with a sand footwash and outdoor shower. The location is a quick trip to Downtown, plantation tours and many other sight seeing opportunities. We found great restaurants nearby (don’t miss Lowcountry Kitchen or Coda Del Pesce or The bionets at Pages okra). We WILL be back and LOVED staying here versus downtown.

We had such a lovely stay at this Isle of Palms home. The location was wonderful, with beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The house was comfortable, well cared for, and gave us a perfect home base for our week.We were in Isle of Palms for a family vacation, and one of the things I appreciated most was having a peaceful place of our own to return to while still being close enough to gather easily with everyone. There is something pretty wonderful about waking up, looking out at the ocean, and knowing the beach is right there waiting for you.The owner was also incredibly welcoming and helpful from the very beginning. Communication was easy and thoughtful, and it was clear that she genuinely wanted us to feel at home and enjoy our stay. That kind of hospitality makes a difference.We spent our days enjoying the beach, exploring Charleston and nearby Sullivan’s island (great dining there!) sharing meals with family, and simply settling into a slower rhythm for a while. It was exactly the kind of place we hoped to find for the week, and we left with very happy memories of our time there. We would gladly stay again.

Great views

The landscaped views to the ocean are amazing, and the back porch is perfect for relaxing. Great location, close to shops and restaurants and private beach access was great.

Great location and lovely home

Stayed for a week here and loved our stay. The house was well equipped for cooking every night and the grill was great. The outdoor shower was an excellent addition and the location can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Mary was very helpful and responsive both during the planning and after we arrived at the property. The house is just as pictured, beach is very close nearby, everything was clean and tidy. Mary sent a packet with recommendations of local sights and restaurants prior to our arrival, which was very helpful. The screened in porch was our absolute favorite part of the trip! Highly recommend this property.

HEAVEN ON EARTH

Took my mom and her signo to her bucket list town, Charleston, with beach style…Staying in the IOP was the best mix of busy touring and chill. Great food options, atmosphere and the best sleep. The air is just different and the beach sounds divine!

Favorite beach trip ever!

We loved this vacation spot! The owners went out of their way to ensure everything was well taken of and we had a great stay! We loved having beach time, visiting the little spots on IOP and Sullivan’s island while also being able to explore Charleston. The location is perfect! We definitley didn’t want to leave and hope to be back to visit again.
