Very nice condo. We loved the location and loved the view. The condo could use a few upgrades and could have been a little cleaner.
January 2020 Trip
Location was great and condo was very roomy. Upon arrival there was no key in the lock box but a quick call and Jeff came to the rescue. I could not give it a 5* review due to extremely dusty furniture (months worth on the dressers, etc), hall bathroom tub/shower looked like it was sprayed with cleaner and just left, mold around the tub, and anywhere there were counters the edges were full of dust. Slider doors were not cleaned and blinds were bent and not working properly in the bedrooms. There were no kitchen towels (luckily I had brought a couple) and the doors to the balcony had not been cleaned. Owners have put in new flooring in most areas. Yes the furniture is pretty old but adequate. Dining chairs are on rollers and if you have balance issues getting up can be a problem as the new flooring underneath makes you slide away. The sheets and mattress covers do not stay on the beds...lack of elastic on them and with every move they pop up. I did report the blind issue right away but it was not taken care of and my husband worked to get the secondary bedroom blind to come down. Had we paid more attention to the dust issue at the beginning of the week we would have had the cleaners return - however it was toward the end of the week when we reported it. This unit has great potential but if these areas are not rectified we would not rent it again.
So sorry for any trouble with the key, and glad that was taken care of quickly! Thank you for the comments, and we have completed a thorough deep cleaning in the condo to be sure there are no issues for future Guests. Glad the location worked out for you, and that you enjoyed the area!
July 2019 trip
Overall good place to stay. The Master bedroom was awesome with a super comfortable king size bed. View was great and location were very good. Some of the furniture could use updating. Had a small hiccup trying to check in because the key was missing from the lock-box but the property manager quickly brought us a new one. I would definitely stay here again.
The property was very nice with a great view. I only wish an additional key for the lobby and pool were provided as we struggled with the logistics of everyone going to and from the beach and pool.
Our last night there the electricity in the second bedroom went out. I texted the management team and received a quick response.
Looking forward to another stay!
Great location, gorgeous views but condo needs a little TLC
Great location, corner unit with great ocean views. The condo looked to have a fresh coat of paint and the kitchen and bathrooms had been refreshed recently. However, the tub in the extra bathroom was old. The condo floor was gritty upon arrival, dirty dishes in the drawers, no ironing board, dishwasher working improperly, plug in the bathroom needing some screws in it, and outlets in the bedroom wouldn’t work. Repairmen came in to work on the toilet because it was leaking on the unit below.
A few more updates and a good cleaning would make this condo so much more. After booking I had to deal with iTrip. Didn’t really care for that.
