Community pool and bar-b-que grill are adjacent to the community deck on large canal. It's a short drive or casual walk to the jetty at South Packery Channel, a popular fishing and surfing spot. Continue the fun with a 20-minute drive to Port Aransas or a day trip to Rockport is just a ferry ride away.

'Isla Vida' is a spacious 1,050 sq. ft. coastal furnished condo. Master Bedroom has a Stearns and Foster queen size mattress. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Living area has a 42"TV, sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy morning coffee on the patio in the small private backyard. Equipped with washer and dryer.
