It was beautiful. Rooms were as advertised. Fully stocked for entertaining. Lots of toys for the beach and house. Also, bikes to get around town. The area is close to beach and boardwalk. The communication between the property manager was easy. We seemed to be the first rental of the season and outdoor shower was not turned on for season. This was quickly addressed. Would definitely rent again. Positive experience.

Fabulous property!

Gorgeous, roomy, clean house! Short walk to beach, boardwalk, center of town for shopping, coffee, treats… Missy was wonderful! Very easy to work with! Would return in a heartbeat!

Great location but but bring towels and linens

The house was nice (accommodated our family well) and the host was prompt to respond when the dishwasher didn’t initially work (breaker switch) and the water had a sulfur smell (but seemed to get better or we got used to it), but the cleaners just didn’t do a good job overall, so that was disappointing up front…stained carpets (stairs) that could have used a better vacuuming (and shampooing) and an oven that had not been cleaned in what may have been many uses. The real disappointment came when we saw that there were no towels and linens provided (and at that point the website didn’t indicate so)…We were not planning on that added expense here at Christmastime plus the inconvenience of having to find somewhere close by that sold sheets and towels (nowhere on the island).. We were able to travel to a Big Lots and buy for all the beds and bathrooms—when mentioned to the host, she said that she needed to make that detail more clear on the website. We loved the locale to the Boardwalk, and we had a wonderful time…just a few adaptations or adjustments at the beginning.The temp in the home is warmer upstairs but quite chilly in the downstair’s bedrooms. We set the thermostat at 66 so the upstairs bedroom would be comfortable, but they said it was still quite warm while we had extra blankets on our beds downstairs. I’m not trying to be negative, but these are things I’d want to know before reserving the home.

Labor Day Weekend

Our family had a wonderful holiday weekend at this property. The location is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house is clean and modern inside. The communication with the owner was great. We received an email beforehand letting us know what is included and what we needed to bring. The only negatives were that the beach gear in the garage was left covered in sand by a prior tenant. Also there was sand and cigar remnants left on one of the porches.

Overall, a lovely place.

Place was great, newer! All amenities. We didn't Google map and had no idea how long of a walk the "block" was. 3rd Street beach is very narrow and crowded. We couldn't get a spot so we ended up driving to a different beach.

Wonderful Week Away!

The house was great and we especially appreciated the beach tags, bikes, and beach supplies that we were able to use. The house was the perfect location to the beach and boardwalk!

Week at the beach

We had a great time. The only tho Ing that would make this house Perfect, would be a powder room on the main living room floor. It was lots of steps.

Week at the shore

Amazing week at the shore! Super convenient location. Awesome to have an elevator to help a family member with a disability. The house was clean comfortable and well equipped. Responsive and friendly host. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Great location, close to beach!

The location is perfect, the beach is a block and a half! To get to the main area of the boardwalk is an about a 10ish minute walk. We loved that we didn’t need to bring a beach cart or beach toys! There’s plenty of board games and toys in the garage for the kids to keep them entertained. The deck with the rocking chairs was our favorite! This home was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids!

Great beach house for family trip

Perfect location- close to boardwalk with everything you need for a beach family trip. Bikes, toys, beach tags. Walking distance to everything! And the porches are fabulous!!

Spacious home in great location.

Close to the beach and Boardwalk. Clean, well appointed with large living and dining area. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Balconies with seating on all levels. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay at this house was top notch, literally not one complaint. The elevator was a huge need for a handicapped niece we had and my mother who used it as well. Makes for much easier move in and out as well! Missy, who i worked with on the jesse and during our stay was just awesome to work with. Highly recommended!!

Great house, well stocked

This is probably the best stocked house we’ve rented in OC (measuring cups/spoons, crock pot, coffee pot and a k cup one, variety of pots/pans/Pyrex, utensils etc). The elevator was a huge help with carrying all of our stuff up. Having room to park 2 cars was also nice and would be a great benefit during the summer months. We were also glad they still had deck furniture out for our use, most houses at this point in the year have them covered or put away. We enjoyed sitting on the decks since we had unseasonably warm weather for this time of year. House was very clean and the sofas were very comfortable (however there isn’t enough “comfy seating” for as many as the house can sleep). Easy walk to the boardwalk and we could even hear the ocean. Only negative about the house is the outside trash cans are very small (which that being the only thing I can find as a negative tells you how great it is.) would rent here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful property with plenty of room to spread out

We stayed with 7 people ages 2-adults and everyone had plenty of space and the house was very comfortable to just hang out in. The multiple decks were great for relaxing during the day and evenings and there was plenty of space for us to dine outside each day together. Missy is very responsive and helpful. We had an absolutely wonderful trip!

Beach Week 2021

Great location for families with younger kids! Easy walk to the Boardwalk & Beach, and close to so many great restaurants, rides and stores. By far our favorite was sitting out on the porches enjoying the salt air and warm breezes. The Property Manager was very accessible and immediately responded as needed. The second floor bed frame (queen) could probably use replacing and several other minor issues popped up but they had little to no impact on our stay for the week. We loved having the elevator to bring stuff up and down at the beginning and end of our trip and appreciated having beach toys, and an outdoor shower for the kids.

Nice new on 3rd street

lovely new house with great porches. I would have liked one more bath as only 2 full and one in top floor master bedroom, but we managed fine for 2 nights. Convenient to stores and beach is huge and beautiful!

Excellent Experience

Our overall experience with this rental was excellent. Missy, the property owner, was very responsive and easy to work with. The property was extremely clean and safe. There were enough supplies in the home to clean up after ourselves on the last day. The convenience of the elevator was really great for luggage as well. I would definitely stay here again!
