The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all towels and put them in the washer.
Please make sure all sliding glass doors are closed/locked & all windows are closed shut. Any damage from not adhering to this rule with be placed on the renter.
Please place all trash and recyclables in the bins provided on the side of the home. Do not leave any trash or bags on the ground we do not want to attract any animals on the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events — this is strictly enforced. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Exterior security cameras are in place at the front entrance and back for safety and occupancy monitoring. There are no cameras inside the home.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Speakers and amplified music are not permitted outdoors during this time.
