Home built 5 years ago with spacious living and open space made just right for family get gatherings. Nine high top chairs surrounding the Italian granite counter tops for eat-in kitchen tiled and fully equipped with 2 ovens, micro, 2 working sinks, wine cooler all combined for all types of entertaining. Fully air conditioned.

The living room, dinning and TV room with surround sound combine to make this open room a perfect family retreat. Flat screen TV in every bedroom. HDTV in master bedroom and living room. Living room and suite over garage have DVD/BlueRay players. Small library of DVDs and books for rainy days and relaxing.

The private master bedroom has a queen bed and private luxurious bath with large open walk-in shower, a tea for 2 tub and steam room for 6. The marble and granite throughout will give you the luxury you deserve while enjoying your vacation on a very private and quiet lot. There is a separate entrance from master bathroom to back deck to a private outdoor shower. Ceiling fan in bedroom and bath.

Four bedrooms on second floor are spacious with built in drawers and double closets with plenty of room for storage and state of the art bathrooms also with tile and granite. Two bedrooms share private entrance to full bathroom tiled shower and double sinks. Two bedrooms have two queens, one bedroom has one queen and two twins and the fourth bedroom has a queen and double with plenty of open space. There is also a main full bathroom with double sinks. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Over garage there is a private entrance to another bedroom with queen and full private bath. Ceiling fan also. Access from this bedroom is also thru garage and into main house.

Mud room into home between main house and garage is tiled and has new oversized washer and dryer and ironing board. Mahogany back deck runs along house and provides large area for grilling and entertaining for any occasion.

Two sets of outside patio furniture on front porch makes a perfect setting for morning coffee or late nite drinks. Set of patio furniture on garage porch for privacy and enjoyment.

Circular driveway provides plenty of room for parking.

We have beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon and beach buggy carrier, coolers for beach, beach towels, beach blankets, and towel bags for beach.

Any venue exceeding occupancy limit or requiring tents can be accommodated in back yard and will be considered. Inquire regarding rates.

Home is centrally located on island. Approximately 8 to 10 minutes to surrounding towns and beaches. Only a short ride to stores, beaches and easy access in and out.

What makes this property unique

Privacy was important in choosing a location and being on a paved road close to town within minutes to all important amenities such as bike path, beaches, shopping, grocery store, and steamship is a plus for this property. A lot of planning went into this open floor layout and every room is spacious, There are built ins, double closets, air conditioning, hardwood floors, tile, granite, marble, ceiling fans, plenty of unique accent lighting in every room and bedroom so that you could enjoy this beautiful island along with our beautiful home. Plenty of parking.
