The fully equipped kitchen features Viking and Sub-zero appliances, Ninja coffeemaker with dual drip and pod brewing, stovetop espresso and teapot. The bedroom features a plush Sleep Number 360 split-king bed that you can adjust to your comfort preference, a 47in wall mount smart tv and walk-in closet with clothes hangers, iron and iron board. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with 1 rainmaker showerhead and 1 adjustable/handheld showerhead, hair dryer and plenty of large fluffy bath towels and face cloths. Starlink wifi throughout. Dedicated outdoor grilling area. Secure parking area with private entrance and remote control gate access. EV charging station for your convenience (additional costs apply). Beach towels, chairs and umbrella.
