Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
***Do NOT use address to receive mail!*** Please bring any hand towels to the main level and place them on the laundry room floor! Be sure to wash all dishes used and place them in the dishwasher.
Be sure to remove all leftover food/beverages from the fridge upon checkout. Weekend Stays- Be sure to take ALL trash with you! Weekday Stays — Trash run on Wednesday’s at 0800-0830.
Place trash bins at the end of driveway and RETURN once trash is picked up. If there are any questions please feel free to ask.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The home was beautiful, looked brand new, and the location was great. Very quit area but still close to everything. The view from the neighborhood is breathtaking!
