Broadmoor Area / Cheyenne Canon beautifully furnished NEW cottage - . 2 bedroom / 2 bath -- in floor radiant heat. Fully equipped kitchen, granite counters,stainless steel appliances. Great room has a vaulted ceiling w/ skylights, beautiful hardwood floors, gas fireplace,and french doors to covered patio with gas BBQ opening to landscaped yard. Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with beams. Master bedroom has king bed and views to the west. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and large window as well. Master bath has double sinks, large shower and heated floor. 2nd bath has tub/shower and heated floor. Desk area with excellent natural light. Washer and dryer. Free WIFI.

Easy access to Penrose and Memorial Hospitals, downtown Colorado Springs, Fort Carson, NORAD -- all military bases.

Walk to the Broadmoor hotel for drinks and dinner. Or walk out the door to limitless hiking and biking trails.

Comfortable, elegant and charming. You can hear the sounds of the bells ringing at the Shrine. Cheyenne Creek is across the street and you can hear the water out the master bedroom window.

A wonderful little cottage. Everything was super clean and nice. The beds were extremely comfortable to sleep in. Everything was just as advertised and better. It was central to everything that we were doing in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

My family enjoyed a long weekend stay at this property for Air Force Academy Parents weekend.The property was comfortable, clean and charming. Since our stay was in September, there were pretty flowers in bloom all over the property. The inside was updated and modern with comfortable beds. Laura was sweet and we would definitely stay here again.As a bonus this property is located very near the Broadmoor Hotel which is a favorite of ours to visit and have a drink & take in the sights.

The house was so clean!! And the beds were quite possibly the most comfortable bed ever! The house is super close to North Cheyenne Canyon Park which has tons of trails, a creek to play in and waterfalls to hike to. The host is super nice!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very comfortable and is exactly as pictured. Laura was an amazing host and was very attentive when we had questions. We will definitely stay again! Great place.

Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We enjoyed Garden of the Gods, US Airforce Academy visitor center, Helen Hunt Falls Visitor Center, and traveled a bit to whitewater raft with Royal Gorge rafting trips. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed and ate meals out at restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to the Broadmoor up a bit of a hill - about a 10-15 minute walk. Also within walking distance to a nice coffee shop (Sacred Grounds) and various trailheads. Quiet and peaceful.
