Home is very comfortable, has everythingyou need, the pool is excellent, and the location is safe and close enough to allof the restaurants and many stores.

Going to stay positive

My primary concern during our stay was the cleanliness of the property. When I initially made the reservation, the reviews were quite positive. However, the week of our arrival, I revisited the listing with my husband and noticed that recent reviews had declined significantly. I contacted the property manager to address these concerns in advance and was assured that both the home and the pool would be professionally cleaned. Unfortunately, the pool was not adequately cleaned—there was visible dirt on the bottom, which led us to avoid using it. While the kitchen was clean, the bathrooms did not meet a standard that would make one feel comfortable. Additionally, there were several maintenance issues, such as non-functioning overhead lights and ceiling fans. One ceiling fan was particularly concerning, as it appeared unsafe to operate. Although there were lamps available, the overall lighting situation was not ideal. The home’s entry system also presented challenges. The door code was unusually long, and it took multiple attempts to enter until we became familiar with the process. Only one television functioned properly, located in the master bedroom.On a positive note, the neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and frequent wildlife sightings, including deer. The property was also stocked with essentials such as towels, sheets, pillows, and laundry detergent.I would recommend the property with the caveat that guests bring their own cleaning supplies.

Quiet neighborhood

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, but mostly Teflon pans. Very quiet neighborhood, with lots of deer around. We didn't use the pool, as the pump or filter wasn't working, and there was a lot of bugs, etc in the water. Host responded promptly when we contacted them.

Nice size house

Couldn't use garage to store the motorcycles main reason for getting also pool was dirty not even coffee on site.

Seemed to be Owned by a company not an individual

It was difficult to contact customer care, it was very clear that their responses were AI generated. Someone was present to take the trash cans down, then back up and to clean out the pool. We were not informed that anyone would be there. The house was nice, pool was great. Other than not being able to contact customer service it was good. The hot tub was out of service.

Everything was as shown and tidy and clean. Only thing was there was a hot-tub shown in the picture but was not in service. No big deal but could have been known it wasnt in service otherwise the property is beautiful and everything interior was great. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use vacasa again in future bookings!!!
