The house was perfect. Cute, clean, and well stocked. Unfortunately we booked this house for Spring break with 2 kids excited to have a pool. 5 days prior to arrival we were informed that the pool would not be available due to maintenance issue. This did not give us enough time to change plans to a more suitable location. This did somewhat ruin it for our kids. We were not offered a partial refund or any solution. The hot tub was still available but unfortunately for that both my kids developed a rash around their bathing suits and all of our bathing suits were bleached from the hot tub so I’m assuming the chemicals were overdone. I would have given this rental a 5 star if the outdoor oasis was as listed. I hate leaving a bad review but I also want to give others a heads up for the pool and hot tub.

Great house for a pool side vacay with my book club! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, love that the kitchen is open to the living room. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Very clean. Just like the photos. Host responds immediately about any questions or concerns & Checks in with you. This place is all you need for a great family vacation. Pool and hot tub were amazing!!Nice area easy to find close to amenities. Walkable neighborhood... very nice. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.
