Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather used towels and throw them in the bathtub. Gather all trash and throw it away in the dumpster behind the elevators.
Close blinds and turn thermostat up to 75 degrees. Turn off TV's and lights (don't forget the lamps). And secure condo by hitting the lock symbol on the electric keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
