13106 Pelican Watch
Welcome to 13106 Pelican Watch, a gorgeous, newly renovated, 2nd floor villa on Pelican Beach. This villa offers amazing sunsets, uncompromising views of the Atlantic Ocean and Edisto River, and a boardwalk to a very quiet Seabrook beach. Watch the shrimp boats from Rock Hall head out looking to fill their nets, the dolphin jump while they chase fish, or a sailboat glide under the power of the wind. From the moment you enter this villa, you will feel the stress of life "beyond the gate" disappear.
13106 Pelican Watch has just been completely renovated. Everything in the property has been updated and upgraded. It has been beautifully decorated also! Enter and notice the soft gray wainscot paneling that surrounds the hall and living area. Old time swimsuits in blues and whites are framed and line the hall wall. Hardwood flooring is underfoot. The living area has soaring cathedral ceilings finished in a natural wood paneling. Sliding doors invite steaming sunlight and offer a view to the water beyond. The furnishings in navy and white with red accents and whimsical sea creatures remind you that you are at the shore. Family and friends will enjoy relaxing in the comfortable seating. There is a large HDTV and DVD for viewing your favorite show. The dining table with bright red chairs seats 4. The kitchen has granite counters, white wainscot cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. New dishes, utensils, small appliances, and cookware, as well as a washer and dryer in the laundry closet complete the space.
Down the hall is a full bath complete with granite counters, and a tile shower. This is perfect for those extra guests with whom you'll be sharing your Seabrook time. The master bedroom is a lovely retreat. Again, the soft gray, navy and white color palette continues providing a soothing backdrop for your relaxing vacation. The king bed has high quality linens and there is an en suite bath with an extra large shower with a rain shower head for your use.
The deck overlooks the Edisto River with views to the ocean. The beach is quiet and close to Camp St. Christopher. With hundreds of acres of natural landscape just beyond your villa, you will feel like you have left the world behind. But you also are very close to the amazing Seabrook Island amenities. A short .5 miles from this villa is the Seabrook Island House where you can enjoy a meal with ocean views in the Palmetto Room or Bohicket Lounge, or check in for your tee time on the two Seabrook golf courses, Crooked Oak and Ocean Winds. Across from the clubhouse is Beach Club (seasonal) with its two oceanfront swimming pools, beachfront chaises and the Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant. Amenity cards allowing access to these fine facilities are included in the rent. Of course, your greens fees, dining charges, etc. are your responsibility.
This villa is pet friendly too! Your dog is invited to join you on your Seabrook holiday. There is a pet fee of $150/wk ($250/mth) if your family friend will be staying with you.
13106 Pelican Watch is an amazing villa, in one of the best locations on Seabrook. Come and see why it, and Seabrook, are so special.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Seabrook. It was much different than other beach vacations we have taken. No noisy jet skies, banana boats, etc. if you just want a quiet, relaxing time, this is the place. The condo was just as it was pictured. Beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. Our most enjoyable days were the day we rode horses on the beach, and the day we went to Botany Bay. If you're staying on Seabrook, these two things are a must !!!!!
My husband and I stayed in this condo for my 50th birthday and it was just perfect! We enjoyed the beach, riding bikes, going fishing, walking to the point at sunset and riding to the other end of the island to watch the sun rise. We wish we could live there all the time. Hopefully someday we will!
This condo is absolutely beautiful and we'd love to stay here again...BUT...not until the family next door moves out. Three children under the age of four and two parents in a small, one bedroom condo...isn't that against the law? Just too, too loud. So much crying and a rude dad with a voice you could hear up and down the beach. Hope they move out very soon!
If that noisy family weren't living next door, I'd give this gorgeous and extremely clean condo five plus stars.
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are included in rental. These cards are $150/week if not included! They give you access to the new swimming pool/Pelican's Nest poolside restaurant/bar - just a short walk from the house. Two championship golf courses, tennis courts, Equestrian Center, and Island House restaurants/bar are also available for your use. Fees are charged for all activities except pool usage.
This is a pet friendly villa for your dog. A $125 pet fee is charged if you are bringing your dog with you. No cats or other animals are permitted.
