Enjoy Mauna Lani Terrace at its finest! This villa is tastefully decorated with a tropical flare, has high ceilings with extensive mahogany trims and is completely equipped to ensure that all aspects of your stay are perfect. This unique vacation oasis combines contemporary elegance with the feel of ancient Hawaii.

As you enter you will enjoy a feeling of openness in the large Living Room with expansive views, a very comfortable sofa sectional, a big screen TV and original Hawaiian artwork.
Open the floor-to-ceiling doors to the large lanai just off the living room and delight in listening to the rustle of the palms, the tropical birds singing and the scent of the ocean. Here you will find a wet bar and a table with seating for four where you can savor your favorite tropical drink while taking in the amazing views and sounds of Hawaii.

The kitchen has mahogany cabinets with granite counters and is fully equipped for an intimate dining experience. The dining table comfortably seats four and the bar has a couple of stools for those quick morning breakfasts or snacks. You can marvel at the expansive view from both the kitchen and dining area.

The master suite features a California king bed, fishpond, grounds and ocean views, HD TV with cable, and opens onto the spacious lanai. Adjacent is the large bathroom with dual, granite countertop vanities, walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

The guest bathroom has also been upgraded and includes a large walk-in shower.

The central air conditioning keeps all of the rooms comfortable, however, opening up the floor to ceiling sliding doors and enjoying the tropical breezes will ensure you the best experience.

Included with your stay, within just a few steps is the newly renovated swimming pool with lounge chairs and cabanas, hot tub and sauna for Terrace guests only as well as a large picnic area with BBQ grills and an open-air kitchen. November 2020 marked the opening of this totally new pool, spa, kitchen and BBQ area.
Our membership to the Beach Club allows you to use the lounge chairs and cabanas at this white sand beach. Should you want to drive and not walk to the Beach Club, we provide you with a gate access card for private parking only for owner guests until 5:00PM when it opens to the public.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the ancient fish ponds to some of the best beaches and snorkeling on the island. If you prefer to explore other parts of the island, you will find everything needed for a day’s excursion; beach chairs, towels, umbrellas & coolers.

The private Mauna Lani Beach Club is an easy walk to a beautiful white sand beach with a wide variety of beach and ocean activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkel, or just relax on the beach. The crystal-clear water, live coral and thousands of reef fish and turtles make many visitors say it is the best snorkeling in Hawaii.
