Our check out time is 11am. If you could wash the dishes and collect all the garbage in the trash can. We do all the cleaning and everything else. Please don’t leave any garbage bags on the porch.
Please switch lights and AC/Heating OFF and leave the key on the table. Make sure the hot tub lid is closed and the gate is closed.

This place is such a gem. Our original dates got taken and we wanted it so much we moved our trip and it did not disappoint. Host is communicative, gave recommendations, easy check in/out process. The hot tub is amazing and private. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops with trailheads a short drive nearby. We were greeted w red wine too! The place is not large (the bed is though!) and the kitchen has all the basics you could need. You won’t regret this place!

I had a really wonderful stay here. The hosts were very kind, communicative, and provided some nice touches to welcome me that were really appreciated. It’s a very cute spot in a quiet and peaceful area. I highly recommend the place and hosts, and I will be using them again next time I’m in Sedona. 5-stars from start to finish.

When we are not enjoying our time at home, we like to spend time in nature and love to travel.

What makes this property unique

The studio is a quiet space , perfect for unwinding and relaxing. It is very centrally located, 3 minutes away from stores and restaurants, close to hiking trails , yet tucked away into a very quiet neighborhood.

The studio is attached to the main house behind the garage, completely separate with private entry, patio and private hot tub.
The space is perfect for 1 or 2 people .
It is not suitable for children under 10.
Please no pets.

Out of respect for the neighbors, we ask to not play music in the hot tub area and refrain from loud noises.
No smoking or vaping on premises.
