Why Debra Beck chose Sedona
This historical home has such character. I fell in love with it's charm and I have loved living in it for the past 14 years. The House was built with local material, as you can see with the outside constructed with Sedona red rocks. The private jacuzzi is a dream to come back to after a hike. Also having the kitchen, so you don't have to eat all meals out is nice and having BBQ Grill to enjoy being in the garden. If you really want the real Sedona feel, this historical gem is a perfect way into it.
What makes this House unique
People that stay at the Inn often tell me they felt comforted by it, which I totally understand because the whole house has that same feeling. It is a feel good house. The garden is mind blowing and just adds to the comfort and relaxation, along with the jacuzzi. I've created the space in a way I like to travel. The kitchenette makes it nice to get up and have breakfast in the garden and start your day in a relaxing way. The rooms are fresh, clean and cozy. I only hear positive comments. The private jacuzzi is a real treat after a day of hiking out in our amazing red rocks. Get up have breakfast in the garden, go hiking, then come home for a glass of wine and bird watching in the garden with nice views and a calming jacuzzi. Also FREE Wi-Fi!

Well appointed lodging for two
We went to Sedona specifically for its mountain biking, and this place was perfect for lounging around between rides. The hot tub and canopied patio was a great place to relax out of the sun, and the lawn a nice place to drink a cup of coffee in the morning sun.
The inside of the unit was smallish, but made great use of space. It didn't seemed cramped for my wife and I. As other reviews mention there is no living room, just a bedroom and kitchen with a dining area. There are lots of storage options in the bedroom and the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. You can tell the owner was deliberate in furnishing this place to provide guests with a very comfortable and usable space. We cooked two meals a day for our three night stay and found the kitchen more than adequate.
Great location !
Place was very clean and quaint. Quite small but we didn't spend much time in the place. Hot tub was a nice added bonus after walking all day. Great location to town about a 3 minute walk. Owner was very easy to deal with by email.
Thanks for staying Sharon
Cozy, clean, convenient!
This location is perfect for a couple traveling together! The space is smallish but extremely cozy and clean. Everything that you would need for a short stay is there and there is a great-looking (but small) kitchen, which we did not use at all. It is walking distance from the Hyatt resort that is just at the "Y," which is where Hwy. 179 intersects with Hwy. 89, and the mall that is there. As such, you can also walk to other attractions at the "Y." There is a lovely outside patio for sitting and drinking your coffee in the morning and also a hot tub, but we did not use that (a little too chilly when we were there). Communication with Debra was easy (mostly through text) and she made sure that we knew exactly how to get there and get in. Thanks! We had a wonderful stay and a great time in Sedona.
Great location, place and host, would definitely recommend this place!
Debra was a great host. Communication was on point, and her place was impeccable when we arrived. The place itself was charming, and had everything you may need during your stay: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, plates, utensils, etc. She even made some toiletries available just in case we needed them. The location is perfect, a short walk to everything uptown Sedona has to offer. I read some reviews stating the place was small, but I found it to be more than adequate. I would definitely recommend this place for a Sedona visit.
Thank you Bruno, it was a pleasure having you! Come back anytime!
We love Sedona
Perfect location. Saw a herd of Javelina right outside. We would definitely stay here again!
Come back anytime! Loved having you.
Cute little getaway
We chose this property for a few main reasons: the price, the hot tub, and the location. Overall our stay here was great. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and down to Oak Creek for drinks. At the same time, the property is nice and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Debra was accommodating and gave us her personal recommendations for restaurants and hikes in the area when we met with her. She was responsive to texts and calls and the property was clean and comfortable. We would love to come back again!
Thank you for staying at The Sedona Historic Inn and come back anytime!
