About the host
Hosted by David Spain
Hi!
Together with my husband and two Australian Shepherds, Sebastian and Barnaby, I split my time between Boston and Provincetown.
We’re avid travelers (50 countries by 50 is the goal!) but we spend a lot of time in Provincetown and are excited to be able to share the town with others with our little Hideaway!
We hope everyone who chooses to visit falls in love too!

What makes this property unique
Escape to Helltown Hideaway, a private hangout in the heart of Provincetown’s historic district. This tucked away one-bedroom condo is a stylish home base for your adventures, featuring a Leesa queen bed with smart storage and charging solutions:
- two bedside shelves with MagSafe charging stations (phone, watch, Airpods)
- two built-in wardrobes
- hydraulic, easy-lift bed frame for accessible under-bed storage space for luggage and more
Get ready for the day in the bright, ample bathroom with:
- a walk-in shower
- a hairdryer
- plenty of vanity and shelf storage
- a gorgeous skylight
Relax in the living area on the pull-out loveseat (can you say last minute guest?) and stream your favorites on the TV, or cast your own music to the Sonos system throughout the home. You can even bring the fun outside with a hanging bracket for the Sonos Move!
Not a TV person? Kick back with one of the many books available (think local Cape Cod authors and stories, eclectic topics, LGBTQ+ stories, and the classics).
Need to work? Lift up the top of the coffee table toward the sofa for a convenient workspace (or casual eating space!) or take it outside to the bistro table.
Speaking of working, count on fast, stable Wifi inside and outside and never worrying about charging your devices – every outlet is USB-A or USB-C ready!
Want to cook at home? The full kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and all the essentials for cooking and eating – perfect for preparing a meal before a night out.
But your favorite spot will probably be the private, enclosed brick patio. Gather for a cozy drink around the tabletop fire pit (isn't it cute!), relax on the large sectional sofa, work or have a meal at the bistro set, or fire up the grill for an evening barbecue.
