No Smoking/Vaping

No Parties, only registered guests allowed on property.

Quiet time 10pm - sunrise

The house is on well water. When the house has been vacant for a week
there will be dark water and a sulfur smell. This is normal. Run the
water to push out the smell. All the houses in this part of Vilano
Beach are on well water. The water is safe to drink. Recent guests note absolutely no smell.

The house is on a sewer system = please flush only toilet paper.

One pet, possibly 2 are allowed but there is a $250/stay fee.

Please keep ALL windows ans doors shut at all times. Being on the
beach, the salty mist in the air causes corrostion on everything in
the house.

Optional Pool Heat (Heat Pump)
Pool heat is available for $45 per night and must be added for the entire stay. Please request pool heat at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Heated pool temperature is set to 83°F. Performance depends on outdoor temperatures; during colder weather the heat pump may not maintain the target temperature. No refunds due to weather.

Tesla Charger = is available. $35/stay fee to use it.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return Hot Tub to 80Deg F
Put all trash in cans outside. Trash day is Friday. Pull cans to curb thurs eve and pull back to area Friday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had an incredible stay. The house had everything we needed, was super clean and didn’t have any weird “rules” upon checkout. The location is perfect! To be that close to the beach was incredible and just a quick walk down the beach to the Publix (which has incredible customer service and great prices). We have been staying in Vilano for years and plan to come back to this property again! Thank you to the hosts! We had a great time!

Everything about this home was perfection. We loved the proximity to the beach since we had small children with us. The hot tub on the deck at night was dreamy. Access to a heated pool and all for a reasonable price. The home itself was beautiful and very clean. Chris was very responsive and great to communicate with. We could not have found a better place than this and will be recommending to friends and family. This place is truly a gem.

We enjoyed our stay very much! House is beautiful and had what we needed. Little chilly for the pool but enjoyed the hot tub and our Midwest girls got in the ocean! Too cold for me! Very nice to be beachfront wouldn’t do it any other way! Host communicated very well. Would book again if ever in the area.

The view was amazing! We enjoyed seeing the sun rise over the water. The host responded quickly to my questions. The house was clean and spacious. And the hot tub was large and of a high quality. I love St. Augustine and this house was close to the town center yet on a private area of beach.
