Perfect house for a multigenerational family beach trip! Plenty of space for everyone. The location is unbeatable!! There were a lot of thoughtful touches throughout the house. We would absolutely stay here again.

You have the beach and a pool. The house is all you need. The deck is a great place to enjoy the ocean and stay cool. Hot tub at night. The house is all you can ask for. Beach pool and hot tub. Place is clean and the owner responds if anything is needed.

We had the BEST time ! The house was truly unbelievable and had absolutely everything we needed to feel right at home. The view alone was breathtaking one of those places you never want to leave! The host (Chris) was also so wonderful and incredibly responsive, which made everything so easy and stress free, we can’t wait to come back!

We had a blast. The beach is 60 seconds from deck to sand. Nice plunge pool. Comfy recliner sectional. Luxury towels were a plus. The sunset was awesome. The house was well suited for our family.

We had an incredible stay. The house had everything we needed, was super clean and didn’t have any weird “rules” upon checkout. The location is perfect! To be that close to the beach was incredible and just a quick walk down the beach to the Publix (which has incredible customer service and great prices). We have been staying in Vilano for years and plan to come back to this property again! Thank you to the hosts! We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay very much! House is beautiful and had what we needed. Little chilly for the pool but enjoyed the hot tub and our Midwest girls got in the ocean! Too cold for me! Very nice to be beachfront wouldn’t do it any other way! Host communicated very well. Would book again if ever in the area.

The view was amazing! We enjoyed seeing the sun rise over the water. The host responded quickly to my questions. The house was clean and spacious. And the hot tub was large and of a high quality. I love St. Augustine and this house was close to the town center yet on a private area of beach.

Everything about this home was perfection. We loved the proximity to the beach since we had small children with us. The hot tub on the deck at night was dreamy. Access to a heated pool and all for a reasonable price. The home itself was beautiful and very clean. Chris was very responsive and great to communicate with. We could not have found a better place than this and will be recommending to friends and family. This place is truly a gem.

Christopher was a great host . We had lightening strike the house and we lost wifi. He had us up and running by the next day. He replied very fast to questions . The house was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

My family had a great time. The beach is just steps away from the back door. Coming back from the beach, there were 3 places to hose off, and a hot tub and pool to hop into. The kids stayed busy all day just going from beach to hot tub to pool. The water was changed in the hot tub just prior to our arrival, which we really appreciated. The pool and the hot tub were both kept very clean. The house itself was clean and appeared to be recently renovated . We especially loved the porch overlooking the beach. It was very spacious, and it was particularly covered, perfect for protection from the harsh Florida sun and perfect for stargazing. We spent a lot of time hanging out up there.

Amazing VRBO rental!! House was clean & spacious! We had everything we needed and wanted. The house was beautiful inside - our kids loved the hot tub & pool! The house being located on the beach was amazing as well! Chris communicated with me the whole stay and was very quick at responding to all our needs! Would recommend over & over again , 10/10!!
