Step outside to your private, fully fenced backyard where a sparkling pool and inviting sun loungers await. The upper deck features a luxurious hot tub, offering the best seat in the house for watching the sunset over the water.

Refundable Security Deposit. A refundable security deposit of one thousand dollars is required for all reservations. This deposit is separate from your rental payment and helps cover damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or house rule violations. If no issues are identified during the post-departure inspection, the full deposit will be refunded within forty-eight hours of checkout. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this refundable security deposit requirement.

We also have 2 propane tanks at each of our houses and we do our best to keep one completely full. In the event you find you run out of propane please take the tanks to the gas station between your house and the Publix grovery store (less than 1 mile from you) and exhange them. Please send me a receipt and I will pay for the propane.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return Hot Tub to 80Deg F
Put all trash in cans outside. Trash day is Friday. Pull cans to curb thurs eve and pull back to area Friday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House Rules No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise.
Pet Policy We welcome up to 2 dogs or cats with prior approval. Pet fee: $250 per pet, per stay (non-refundable).
This must be paid at the time of booking. Guests who bring pets without prior approval or without paying the fee will be charged a $500 fine per pet.

We had the BEST time ! The house was truly unbelievable and had absolutely everything we needed to feel right at home. The view alone was breathtaking one of those places you never want to leave! We had a blast. The beach is 60 seconds from deck to sand. Nice plunge pool. Comfy recliner sectional. Luxury towels were a plus. The sunset was awesome. The house was well suited for our family.

We had an incredible stay. The house had everything we needed, was super clean and didn’t have any weird “rules” upon checkout. The location is perfect! To be that close to the beach was incredible and just a quick walk down the beach to the Publix (which has incredible customer service and great prices). We have been staying in Vilano for years and plan to come back to this property again! Thank you to the hosts! We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay very much! House is beautiful and had what we needed. Little chilly for the pool but enjoyed the hot tub and our Midwest girls got in the ocean! Too cold for me! Very nice to be beachfront wouldn’t do it any other way! Host communicated very well. Would book again if ever in the area.

Everything about this home was perfection. We loved the proximity to the beach since we had small children with us. The hot tub on the deck at night was dreamy. Access to a heated pool and all for a reasonable price. The home itself was beautiful and very clean. Chris was very responsive and great to communicate with. We could not have found a better place than this and will be recommending to friends and family. This place is truly a gem.

The view was amazing! We enjoyed seeing the sun rise over the water. The host responded quickly to my questions. The house was clean and spacious. And the hot tub was large and of a high quality. I love St. Augustine and this house was close to the town center yet on a private area of beach.
