The house was spacious and plenty of room for seven adults. The beach is just a short walk away with a grocery store and a few restaurants within walking distance. Historic St. Augustine is just over the bridge.

Perfect family beach vacation spot

Ideal setup for a big family group- just steps to the beach, and right across the street from Publix. Comfortable, roomy, clean, well equipped. Bring your beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool is shared with the other houses, but we barely used it.

Marham, we are so glad that your family enjoyed their stay. We will purchase beach chairs, an umbrella, or a tent this month. It is hard to have that stuff because we really don't have much storage. The pool is shared among four homes, but we have never had a complaint that it was crowded. It is super nice this time of year. We hope you come again!

Family getaway

It was nice and roomy and very convenient to the beach. There was a lot of unsightly construction work going on next door and one of the mattresseswas very uncomfortable. Our family did enjoy the trip, however.

Response from VrboOwner on Jun 4, 2025
Hi Grace. There is some construction going on south of our home. We haven't received any complaints, but perhaps they were doing something more noticeable while you were there. We sincerely apologize! We appreciate your feedback about the bed, and we will assess it to determine if it needs to be replaced. We want happy guests, and we regret that your stay wasn't perfect!
