Splash Town Water Park is also only a 5 minute drive away.

This space is a cozy apartment with a comfortable living area equipped with a smart TV including all of your favorite premium streaming services and 85 free channels for you to surf. You will also enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities, 2 private bedrooms, and a full bathroom with soft plush towels.

What a great place! Right by the beach and perfect walking distance to the pier and Palace Playland and the all the shops. Really clean and had everything you need for your stay. The owners made you feel very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

My parter and teen daughter and I stayed for 4 glorious days. This adorable place was the perfect fit for us! Close to the beach, a great walking distance from the pier, and everything we needed! Well stocked, snack basket, great water pressure and very comfortable beds and pillows. Phone adapter plugs next to the bed, and white noice machine in both bedrooms! Would highly recommend!

Perfect location for a beach vacation!

My husband and I stayed here with our 13 yo son for 3 nights and it was perfect! Location to both the beach and pier was great for us. Communication was easy and the place was spotless! Highly recommend!

Stayed Friday to Monday it was everything we wanted plus. Please believe host when they say don't over pack.. Every room was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Received access code, parking, outside grills, seating at each entrance.quick walk to beach. Welcome goody basket. Would recommend your next stay ..

The perfect, clean, beach crash pad for a Thompsons Point weekend!

So close to the beach and very convenient walk to the pier. We barely spent any time there, so the small size of the apartment was not an issue. The hostess was very accommodating! Highly recommend 👍

Clean and Great Location!

Exactly what we were looking for. The property was very clean, close to the beach, a short walk to the pier, and had ample parking. It also had a variety store directly across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Perfect location for us. Close to the beach, walking distance to the pier activities,(but also far enough away so the kids don't ask to go to playland all day.) Very clean condo and they go above and beyond making sure you have plenty of everything you need for your stay. Hope it works out for us to stay here again next year.

Great location

Was our second time staying here just in a different unit. Was very clean and hosts do a great job setting you up for a great stay. They even have a welcome basket with waters and snacks:). Even though it is not right next to the pier it is in walking distance and so close to the beach! And pirate patio! Will definitely be staying again next year!

Great location

Our family of 4 stayed here, great location. Easy walk to beach, pier and restaurants. Great store across the street for sandwiches and drinks etc. it is a bit small but we didn’t come to spend time inside, so it worked great for us (parents, 2 kids 10,15). It was super clean and well kept. Had chairs and a wagon for beach even a few sand toys. Would stay again

Very small, but OK

Bedrooms barely large enough for "double" size beds. Small bathroom, only other room, kitchen/living/dining adequate, but only 2 armchairs/0couches would fit. Except for tiny closet for beach chairs, was clean. Lack of a broom was not gr8, given difficulty of keeping clean on the beach.

Terrific location for families with teenagers

We were welcomed here with a scrumptious box of pastries and happy to enter a cozy place to relax when needed. My 14 year old twin boys loved the fair, arcade and playing games along the pier. It was a very short walk and I felt comfortable letting them run around the area a couple evenings. My 17 year old daughter loved that we were a short distance from many charming places to explore. We shopped in Kittery and Portland, saw a musical at the Ogunquit Playhouse (Nutty Professor is excellent), went boating in Kennebunkport and visited an Oyster Farm in Phippsburg. We ended our trip with a RedSox game in Boston! The beds are comfy here to get rested up for all the fun. The beach is steps away and beautiful. We loved our trip and hated to leave!

A great place for a long weekend!

My husband, myself and our two boys (6 and 2) decided to take a long weekend in Old Orchard as I grew up in Maine and have the best memories in OOB as a kid. Elissa was extremely quick to respond to our request and before we knew it we were en route! This adorable little place is literally just a few steps from the beach and only a 4-5 minute walk to downtown and the pier. They had picnic tables and grills in the back which we used multiple times during our stay to cook dinners! Everything was very clean, they had beach chairs, a good size beach cart to pull everything in which is a lifesaver when you have littles. The kitchen had all of the basic necessities you’d need to cook meals, the beds were extremely comfortable (my husband mentioned this every time we went to bed lol). It was the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us. We will absolutely be booking again! We had such a wonderful time!! Highly recommend this little gem to anyone!

BEST experience in Old Orchard Beach!

We woke up every morning to the sounds of the waves and were just steps from the sand. Elissa (the host) provided so many extras for us that we never expected at a stay in OOB - like a beach cart and cooler...and even beach toys for our kids! There was plenty of private and safe parking and we were so relieved that we could park right outside the cottage when so many other rentals don't have any parking at all. The location was incredible - SO close to the pier and all the fun shops that my kids could walk there in 5 minutes, but just far enough away to have some quiet. They even put white noise machines in both bedrooms which was such a nice touch! We loved being able to cook meals in the kitchen (and they provide you with all the pots, pans, utensils, olive oil, s&p, etc) or on the grill bc it saved us so much $$! Everything was very clean and cozy. We will definitely be back again this year!

Spectacular and Beautiful

My husband and I definitely picked a winner with our recent accommodations at The New Englander! This was truly a spectacular little gem that we will not overlook when we return to Old Orchard! The place was small; however, spacious enough to fit in all of our needs! It had a very modern touch, and with many amenities! We received a lovely gift basket of goodies and toiletries! The beds were so comfy, and a sound machine was added to distract from any outside noise! Plenty of towels; beach chairs, you name it!!!!! This place was meticulous, and , location location location! The beach was steps away, and the walk to the pier was minutes away! Our only complaint would be that we couldn’t have stayed on longer! Communication with Elissa was prompt, and however she could make your stay more comfortable, she would have done! I wouldn’t recommend this place for a large family, but 2-4 people you could certainly entertain! THANK YOU Elissa for making this a most enjoyable stay and a revisit to Old Orchard which we will definitely return to!

Just perfect

We stayed July 3-7, 2024. First, the communication with the host was outstanding - the property/stay packet is clear and thorough, and includes local food and activity recommendations. Our condo had two small bedrooms with very comfortable full-sized beds. A little squishy if you’re used to larger beds, but honestly hasn’t a hardship for us. Everything was spotless in the condo, which is lovingly maintained by the host’s parents. There are two grills on the property that are clean and easy to use, two nice picnic tables with umbrellas, a foot-rinsing station for sandy feet, and two rocking chairs by your door. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the rocking chairs and people-watching from the picnic tables in the evening. You’re about a 1-minute walk to the beach and 5-8 minute walk to the pier. The 4th of July festivities were very easy to access - we walked to the beach to watch the pier’s fireworks and there ended up being SO MANY places having fireworks around you that were also visible from the beach. Our son loved it (and we did, too). We definitely plan to return and stay here again. We couldn’t recommend it more.
