Our home is ideal for fishing or boating enthusiasts with private boat dockage, which can accommodate a single vessel up to 37.5 FT.

As our guest at Key Colony Beach, you can access various communal amenities, including the exclusive Key Colony swimming beach, with members-only access to the Cabana Club. In addition to the swimming beach, members can enjoy drinks at the Oceanside bar, swim in the Olympic-sized swimming pool, or unwind in the Jacuzzi spa tub.

Key Colony Beach is centrally located for travelers to enjoy all the Florida Keys offers. Whether you're looking to engage in water sports, dine at fine and casual restaurants, or enjoy the beautiful Florida weather, our home is the perfect choice for a unique and memorable Florida Keys vacation.

For your enjoyment, we offer two bicycles and a paddleboard for our guests.

This is a very clean and comfortable downstairs duplex with a yard on a canal. We got a visit from some manatees! Quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. The Cabana Club was very nice with an Olympic size pool and hot tub. Cute shop and excellent food. Small beach with chairs. Lots of great restaurants and shopping close by. Property manager was very nice and responsive.

Beautiful remodel, great location. The property manager was quick with communication and information. The outdoor area was lovely. The only suggestion I would make is adding a fish cleaning table to the dock. A bait freezer would be a bonus.
