NOTE: The indoor pool is temporarily closed (March-April) due to pool chemical imbalance. No date has been determined by the HOA for re-opening the indoor pool. The outdoor pool is heated to 85 degrees.

The spacious en-suite bathroom has an over-sized separate walk-in shower, marble whirlpool tub, and double sinks. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, both have upgraded Posturepedic mattresses. There is a spacious hall bathroom for the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have sun-blocking/blackout drapes, so you can sleep in.

The owner of this condo has also installed the most revolutionary, state-of-the-art purifying system available; designed to keep the air clear of airborne allergens, remove odors and provide a comfortable environment for his guests. It is called "Bio-Fighter" & uses a germicidal UV light to prevent bacteria & mold from entering the heating & cooling system. It operates 24/7 even if the HVAC system is not in use.

Crescent Shores has an on-site fitness room, a 200-foot lazy river pool, kiddie pool, indoor pool, 110-foot oceanfront pool, and two over-sized hot tubs. The indoor pool is located in the North Tower building and available during the off season. The fitness center is also in the North Tower for easy access. A parking garage offers free covered parking. On site security is also provided. A short boardwalk over the dunes and you have arrived for fun in the sun! Addtional, beach umbrellas and chairs are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Other watersports adventures are also available for purchase directly on the beach. Next door is Molly Darcy’s an oceanfront sports pub with indoor and outdoor seating, bar and pool tables.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS or MOTORCYCLES. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.
