The Host was very nice and kept the area outside looking great! We had a relaxing and quiet vacation that was much needed! It is close to fantastic restaurants and of course they have an ice cream shop that doesn't disappoint. There were several issues that we brought to their attention. 1. Electric recliner was unplugged and pushed against wall. We sat in it and the whole rLeft side arm fell. There was a hole behind it that had a bad patch job. 2. The whole left end side of the couch was also broken and leaned way back.3. One of the tall Adirondack chairs right arm was broken. The maintenance gentleman came and screwed it together so it could be used. 4. The master bathroom fan makes a horrible noise when turned on.All in all we like the area, the beach and places to eat but for the price we paid I would have liked to have use of furniture. Damage was significant enough that I had to take pictures of everything and call so we wouldn't be charged for damages.They offered us a free activity off their list but we already had our time planned. Due to that they said they'd give us a refund of 100.15.We have been here several times and hopefully if we go back again it will be better.Cyndi

Family vacation

Loved the location. We love how close it is to everything. Loved the view. Easy parking. Easy walk to the beach. For the cost,(which was 1000 more for the week than other units in the building) I was really disappointed in the shape of the unit. I definitely understand that everyone in the area is still recovering which is why we chose to come here. The unit just really needs some TLC. Super minimal and inexpensive updates could make a huge improvement. Master bathroom door doesnā€™t close, the shower curtain hooks are rusted and crumbling, drawers are broken, the hall toilet doesnā€™t not flush unless you take the top off and manually pull the chain, a couple light bulbs are out, a couple of the chairs on the patio are broken and did result in a cut on one of my kids. Blinds or shades in the living room would help so much to block out the evening sun because the temperature gets to 76 every evening in there. All that being said, the issues wouldnā€™t prevent me from returning. We love Indian Shores and everything it has to offer.

April Vacation

This is the 4th year we have stayed at 2 Piperā€™s Nest. We absolutely love the location and condo. I would recommend it to everyone! The view from the deck is amazing. The sunsets and dolphins never get old. Itā€™s a piece of heaven. The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade area rugs throughout the unit. They are getting old and dingy. The other thing is the mattress's in both rooms. Very hard and uncomfortable. The lock in the master closet is kind of sketchy. That needs to be reinforced. Other than that, this place always feels like home when we visit!!

This place was amazing! Ever morning a great view with coffee and then sunset view at night. Great location and using the trolley made life so easy. Loved this unit and so glad to see things making a comeback after the hurricane. Great memories made and cannot wait for next year! Thank you for a much needed break!

Family vacation

We loved our stay. Itā€™s so close to the beach with beautiful views. The condo is clean and comfortable. The perfect place to relax and renew. Chad was very prompt and helpful when our air conditioning went out. It was fixed in less than an hour. We were grateful.

Very clean and updated condo

We had a great time and stay at this condo. It was very clean and looked newly updated. The place had everything we needed. The location was great and view was amazing! Would definitely recommend and return!

Great location, not a great condo

The property was old and in need of updates. Upon arrival, the patio was covered in debris, caused by construction work from the condo above us. The construction worker did clean it up, but mamy times during the day, we couldnt sit on the balcony due to the noise and debris falling through the cracks from above. When the condo was booked there wasn't any information mentioned about construction in the complex. We reached out to the property manager and she offered us an excursion to compensate for the inconvenience. However, we wouldn't have stayed in that condo had we known about the construction . The condo is in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. The views from the condo are amazing and you can watch the sunsets from the balcony.

Beautiful Indian Shores getaway

We spent a week at the Beach front Pipers Nest Condo. It was nicely decorated, clean, spacious, and had the most beautiful view of the ocean. The weather and the beach were beautiful, and the water was amazing. It was paradise. We will definitely be back.

Best family vacation ever!

We just spent a wonderful week at Pipers Nest #2. Everything about this place was perfect for our family of five. We absolutely loved being less than a couple minutes walk to the ocean and the views from the porch were amazing! A gulf sunset is so unforgettable. The decor is beautiful and tastefully done. It was very, very clean. We loved the huge windows and door so we could constantly have views of the ocean. One of the best aspects of our trip was there were no crowds on the beach! Not sure if Hurricane Idelia ran everyone off the week before or if it was because school is back is session. Whatever the cause, having the beach to ourselves most days was amazing. We enjoyed mini golf at Smugglerā€™s Cove and then cooled off with red velvet ice-cream from Luluā€™s just up the street. We took a day trip to Universal Studios - Islands of Adventure, about a 2 hr drive from the condo. We ate dinner at Sculleyā€™s at Johnā€™s Pass. The fish and chips were delicious! Indian Shores has proven to be the best location for us and weā€™ll definitely be back to Piperā€™s Nest 2!

Breathtaking views

The views from living room are truly breathtaking.. The south picture window with the double sliding doors that face the beach make this a must stay.. The weather was perfect for us literally the entire week. The location perfect to explore many waterfront restaurants near Johns Pass and some local hidden spots.

Great Location, Great Vacation

First time here and we were very happy with the location and rental. It is as described and very roomy! There were plenty of kitchen supplies (plates, glasses, etc.) The furniture was very comfortable from the recliners to the table chairs to the beds. The view was spectacular with plenty of outdoor seating. The property was immaculate and the neighbors, who live in the complex, were very kind and helpful. Definitely would stay again!

Great stay, perfect location

We had an awesome time. The unit was perfect for our family of five with three teenagers. The unit was clean and well maintained. The building was nice. Patio is great. The porch off the living room was perfect, nice seating and great views of the beach and the gulf. Location is perfect, close to food, restaurants, live music, Weā€™d love to stay here again.

Talk about view!

This condo was directly beachfront and wonderful views. All in all, very nice. Comfy furniture too. Could use a table on balcony. The master bath had a very slow drain in tub. We also had to call to have towel racks fixed and closet door that wasnā€™t on hinges. There was a joke in the wall that needed to be repaired. These were taken care of, however, we also had pest control come and we were told they would not enter without us giving code. Well, they all of a sudden weā€™re inside our condo and didnā€™t even knock. Our bed in master had NO mattress cover-only a thin sheet. That is not sanitary. The folks abi e us were extremely loud-runni g and banging things. Our light fixtures actually flickered from this. Honestly, thus doesnā€™t sound like a rave review. We really did love staying here, but definitely would like to see these things get attention. I did call to report these and they came to fix wall. As far as overall impression, Iā€™d stay again, but to pay this much for condo-things should be top notch! The view was incredible!
