This luxury cabin resides in the prestigious Chalet Village Community, is extremely secluded, but conveniently located without having to travel on any treacherous or steep roads. Chalet Mountain Swim is located less than 2 miles away from downtown Gatlinburg, 3 miles to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and less than 9 miles to downtown Pigeon Forge, making its location ideal for every family vacation.

The 3,200 square foot luxury cabin has some of the best views of the smoky mountains and downtown Gatlinburg, from three decks and every single window. With an open floor plan and elegant furnishings and endless natural lighting, this cabin is ideal for multiple families. This charming cabin has 6 king size beds and sleeps 14 comfortably. Enjoy the heated indoor pool, massive game room with three arcade machines, billiard table, and a covered hot tub with the best views in Gatlinburg. Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Chalet Mountain Swim is the perfect cabin for large or multiple families. Can comfortably sleep up to 14 adults in 6 king size beds, and one sleeper sofa.
King Master Bedroom – The master bedroom is on the third (upper) floor. This oversized bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 55-inch HD Smart TV, electric fireplace and is beautifully decorated. Guests will enjoy amazing views of downtown Gatlinburg. This bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 King size Bunk room – This bedroom is on the third (upper) floor. This oversized bedroom suite sleeps 8-adults with four king sized bunk beds. This sleeping space is equipped with a 65-inch HD Smart TV, private bathroom that has a double vanity and walk-in oversized shower. This room has direct access to a private third level deck as well.

Bedroom #3 – This bedroom is located on the main floor. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, 55-inch HD Smart TV and spectacular views of downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. This bedroom has a private ensuite with walk-in shower/tub combination.

Additional Sleeping Space – On the main floor, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2).

Had a terrific stay. The finishing and decorating is top notch all throughout. The kids loved the arcade and indoor pool. The views are spectacular and the large windows allow you to see them throughout the house. Proximity to downtown Gatlinburg is very convenient. Host was great throughout the stay & had excellent communication. Loved every minute here. And we saw the mama bear & her 3 cubs. Will stay here again!

Great property with an incredible view of Gatlinburg. Great location. Downtown is only a few minutes away. The house is very well appointed and looks exactly like the photos. We had one small issue that was taken care of quickly. Communication is excellent. Really nothing bad to say. Would definitely recommend to small or larger families.

The place was absolutely amazing and the communication with the manager(s) were flawless. Communication was fast on any question we have, even if it was just about the area. The property itself is wonderful. Although the driveway is a little steep, it isn’t too difficult to get to in any vehicle. The second we went into the house, we were greeted with the utmost cleanliness, a lovely welcome note and even cake/ice cream for the birthday we were celebrating that week! There was plenty of rooms and cool places to hang out, especially the balconies in the mornings and night with a beautiful view of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. Plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils, and more were already available, which made it a breeze to cook meals. All furniture and decor was absolutely beautiful, a gorgeous mixture of modern and wood cabin feeling with lovely little bear decorations. It was all very comfy as well, including the beds and built in electric wall fireplaces. The amenities such as the hot tub, pool, pool table, and arcade machines were fun to play with too. As an unexpected treat, we did see a mama bear and cubs walk around the property a few days. Definitely a highlight of the trip. It was my first time in Gatlinburg, and the others in my trip have come before. However, it was our first time at this property for everyone. Perfectly secluded and private. In short…if you’re reading reviews thinking about booking…BOOK NOW! You won’t regret. It was amazing!

I ultimately chose this property because of the reviews, and I am so glad I did! The reality is better than the photos, and the views and location are unbeatable! (Literally right up the mountain from Gatlinburg.) The house is so clean and well stocked with basic supplies. The owners were extremely communicative and even left us some incredible welcome pies that my family enjoyed during our stay. The best room was the bunk room with 4 king sized beds, so many sleeping options! The whole family also spent so much time playing pool and video games and jumping in the pool in the evenings. Don’t hesitate and book this one on your next TN stay, I absolutely will be coming back!

Had a wonderful stay. Very clean. Had all the basics that we needed and then some. (Fully equipped kitchen, coffee/tea, sugar, filters, dish soap, laundry soap, pool noodles and kids life jackets.) The arcade games were fun for the kids. Had a safety alarm on the pool door so we didn't have to worry about the kids getting in unsupervised. Pool was heated and a comfortable temperature. House is very close to downtown gatlinburg (10 min or less) and Smoky Mt National Park. It is near the end of the strip where the park is so we didn't have to go through Gatlinburg traffic to get to the park. Cabin had a great view of the mountains, downtown Gatlinburg, and we could watch the ober gondolas going up and down the mountain. We even saw a momma bear and babies on our last night. We loved the cabin. Would recommend it to family and friends and would book again for next trip.

Beautiful Mountain Retreat

This property is beautiful and exactly as pictured in the listing as well as clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular and there was lots of space to hang out. The kids loved swimming in the pool and hanging out in the hot tub. The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the fluffy bath towels - very spa like. The location is very convenient to local attractions and easy to navigate. We highly recommend this for a mountain vacation!

House is exceptionally clean and well stocked. Anything we needed for our group was provided. Communication with the property manager was prompt and very accommodating. The location is fantastic although be mindful of driving in winter weather as you are definitely going UP hill. Although the view is worth the drive.

AMAZING!!!

This chalet is definitely a 5 star experience. I appreciated how clean and true to description it was. The kids had SO much fun! They bounced around from the indoor pool, hot tub, pool table, arcade games, board games, to bunk beds and movie night. The views are spectacular and the location is perfect. You’re a couple minutes from downtown Gatlinburg as well as Ober Mountain. I reached out to the management contact a few times just to let them know we were there and when we checked out. We only had to reach out one time during our stay and that was to ask if another night was available. Ha! They responded immediately each time, so A for communication. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. It is so refreshing to book a place and walk in to everything you expected and more. We will definitely revisit!

Excellence - the only word needed

Super accommodating to work with us as we booked this for our son and daughter-in-law for their honeymoon week. We stressed about booking them the perfect place, looking at hundreds of cabins, chalets, houses, etc in multiple destinations to choose from, but this location was all that we could have hoped for. They even went above and beyond with providing chocolate covered strawberries, wedding cake, and extra sweets for when they arrived. They could not stop raving about the location (close to attractions and the city of Gatlinburg, but with feeling like you don't have neighbors right on top of you like most other places in the area). Having both an indoor pool and a hot tub made it fun for the times they wanted to stay in, our son loved the pool table and daughter-in-law said the bed was amazing and she hasn't slept so hard in her entire life. The view of Gatlinburg and the mountains were superb. The hosts were very responsive in any questions or concerns that I had before their trip and while our kiddos were there. It's hard to pair luxury with an outdoorsy secluded feel but they nailed it. We plan to book with them again for a whole family trip next time and will recommend to everyone we know.

A beautiful stay in the Smokies

We rented this home for a group trip and the property couldn’t have been more perfect. This gorgeous home was so comfortable, modern, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Views from the balconies were incredible and we spent endless hours in the jacuzzi and pool. Communication with the owners was excellent- they were so helpful and friendly. So glad we found this property!

Incredible view

We had a bear come up to our cabin within a half hour of arriving..which was an amazing experience! The drive up was a bit treacherous since we had a 15 passenger van,but a car or suv would be just fine ! Amazing view of the sunrise in the mountains! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone ! We want to come back sometime ! Dont think any longer just book!

Best Vacation Ever!

This house has everything, a fantastic view of downtown Gatlinburg, the mountains and the Ober Gatlinburg tram, a heated pool, a hot tub, and all the necessary appliances and toiletries. We appreciated the cupcakes and cookies they provided when we first arrived. The house is also a little over 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. We also had the opportunity to see bears during our stay. Our host, Zach, was fantastic with all the communication regarding directions and answering our questions. This VRBO is the way to go if you want a spectacular vacation.

Absolutely Amazing

It was the most amazing place for our family vacation! The home was in the prefect location! It was like 5 mins from Gatlinburg but up in the mountains. I can’t say enough on how amazing this home was. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived inside. Fresh baked goods to the welcome note. Our youngest grandson did not want to leave! The house was absolutely beautiful! All of us agree that this was the best rental property any of us have rented. The welcome treats were a cute gesture! The only minor suggestion we have is to move the hot tub cover so that when you are in the hot tub you can see the view of the mountains. Otherwise, we would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Fatlinburg!

Perfect home for kids and adults!

This property was perfect for my family. It was just 3 of us. So, we definitely didn't take full advantage of all the beds and space though. The hot tub and the indoor pool were by far our favorite part. We visited Gatlinburg in February. So, it was lovely to have a warm place to play. We also loved the views and all the windows in the living/kitchen area. We had to ride the gondola after watching it go by from the deck so many times! The styling throughout the house is also just right. Its beautifully done but not overwhelming. It left plenty of space for us to put our stuff down. There's also so many fun games in the home. We spent our last whole day there inside trying to play them all and swimming. The location is also great! We appreciated the short drive to the National Park and also into downtown Gatlinburg. There's so much to do in the area. Next time we visit the Smokey Mountains, we'll definitely be staying here.

Anniversary Trip

We LOVED our stay at the Chalet. It had an awesome kitchen to cook (we cooked in two nights) along with a fantastic view. We loved all the levels even though it was just the two of us. My only recommendation would be to make the bed a more comfortable. It was a little too firm for my taste. We would love to come back again! And, we had two bears the last night we were there on the walkway and in the driveway. They were fun to watch as well. Thank you!
