You'll find fresh sea shells that haven't been picked over 20 dozen times, and your walk will bring you past some of the finest beach houses you could dream of owning. If you need to stay active this is the place.

North Carolina has some of the best golf courses around, and it's a paddling paradise for kayak/canoe lovers. For nature lovers, you have one of two facilities on the east coast that rescues and cares for the endangered Loggerhead sea turtle right in your backyard behind the Topsail Beach Town Hall.
