A great gathering space for a group

We loved the open floor plan for visiting with family. The kitchen had everything we needed, as did the bathrooms. We'll stocked! We didn't use the outdoor space as it was quite hot, but it looked decent. Nice quiet complex too. Great space!!

This property was not as described. Almost every wall was scuffed, had dents or needs to be painted. We spotted roaches. The 3rd bedroom had no windows or egress-which doesn’t meet NC codes for a bedroom. This was the room with the toddler bed and 2 other beds. No dining table for our group of 7 to eat at, only 5 chairs at island. Kitchen was described as a gourmet kitchen. Cabinets and counter were painted and scratched, not a lot of cabinet space or pantry to store food staples. Pool area was tired looking and needs to be painted, never saw anyone use it during our very hot and humid 5 day visit. We were not comfortable using it either. Most vertical blinds were broken and you could not open or veins fell off. Past older reviews similar, but newer reviews did not mention these issues so I thought they were fixed and addressed. Had we know these things we would never have booked this VRBO, as it was not as described. I do have photos to back up these statements

The local was perfect for what we were there to do. It is somewhat dated, there are some stains on the carpet leading up stairs but the property was clean.
