The Space:

Bedrooms:

Two comfortable and stylish bedrooms with fresh linens and cozy furnishings. Both rooms include Smart TVs, ample closet space, and relaxing decor for a peaceful night’s sleep. First bedroom has a king bed while the other has 2 twins that you can pull together to make a king.



Bathroom:

One clean, modern full bathroom with fresh towels, toiletries, and all essentials provided.



Kitchen & Living Area:

Open-concept kitchen and living space with beautiful waterfront views. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils - everything you need for a home-cooked meal. The living room features a Smart TV and comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day in Annapolis.



Outdoor Living:

A large covered deck overlooking Spa Creek - furnished with outdoor seating for dining or relaxing by the water. Guests also have access to a community pool, shared dock, and the beautifully maintained waterfront common areas.



Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool hours as as followed: Mon, Wed, Thurs open from 4pm - 8pm. Closed on Tuesdays. Friday open from 3pm to 8pm. Weekends and Holidays open from 12pm to 8pm.

Parking:

Free parking for 1 car directly outside the building for easy access.

Use lockbox to get into the condo building and then use the keypad for the front door of the unit.
